You are within easy reach of Hunter, Windham and Plattekill Mountain ski resorts. Wedding venues are all around and this location makes it easy and cost effective to attend all the events. Plenty of places for fishing, hunting, hiking, kayaking, or just relaxing on the new deck, too! 11 acres surrounding the house are perfect for accessible hiking. Check out farm stands and nearby state park pool in the summer! Beautiful foliage and local festivals in the fall. Skiing, sledding and ice sports in the winter!

There are 3 well appointed bedrooms plus a large OPEN loft space above a living room that can accommodate 2-6 people (double bed and air mattresses) Master bedroom has a full ensuite bath with shower. There 2 other full bathrooms, one on each floor, feature a tub and a shower.

There is plenty of entertainment space on 2 levels. In addition to upstairs' main living room, there is a fully-equipped media room with a card/board game space downstairs and access to lower deck. Two-story huge brand new wrap around deck with a gas grill (up top) provides serene views of the mountains and beyond.

Two Upstairs' bedrooms each have a queen size bed. Downstairs bedroom features 2 twin beds and a queen size bed and is great for kids or light sleepers since it is tucked away from the main party space.

Upstairs open loft area, that overlooks the living room, has plenty of space for playing and sleeping. A new full size bed and an air mattress (provided) can easily accommodate 4 adults still leaving plenty of space.

Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need including pots, pans, flatware and silverware, spices and more! Also comes with an island for breakfast and casual dining.

Hi-speed WIFI internet service provides Netflix and Prime channels for your viewing pleasure. Plus there is a DVD library and WII game counsel for additional entertainment options. There are two large TVs, one on each floor so plenty of options for all ages.

There is a large 2-car garage
