Tortuga tides is your extended vacation oasis steps from the white sands of Anna Maria Island beaches. The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed as well as a completely remodeled master bath.

The kitchen is a chefs dream with all new appliances, and room to entertain. The guest room sleeps two comfortably with a completely remodeled guest bath adjoining it. Enjoy coffee on the completely screened in lanai. The living room and dining are open and spacious and appointed nicely with coastal decor furniture.
This condo comes with covered parking and storage room and we provide beach chairs and umbrellas for your perfect day on the beach!
The community is quaint with only 18 units. Heated pool, grilling area and shuffle board are all ready for your enjoyment.

10 Is not a high enough rating! Don't hesitate to book this immaculate, beautifully decorated unit. Just a very short walk to the beautiful beach, North Shore Cafe and our new favorite Skinnys. You don't need to bring anything but your bathing suit because they have thought of it all. They have plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc. The lanai was one of our favorite places for morning coffee or evening cards. Pool area is nice and the pool itself was the perfect temp, I wish we would of spent more time there!!

Very nice place and has all the things you need for a short or extended stay. Only a short walk to the beach and the pool works really well on windy cooler days.

The condo was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with supplies, dishes, towels, beach necessities, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location to others.

Spent January at Anna Maria Island as a retirement gift. Place was great, Carl was wonderful with all of our questions. I cant wait until next year.

Great place

Well decorated and comfortable space, well stocked with everything you could need inside. Comfortable beds. Storage closet with multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, and beach wagon. Easy walk to beach. Had a great time and will definately look for availability next summer.

Our stay was excellent! We were impressed with the location of the property and how well it was stocked with all the necessities including beach equipment. The owner was prompt to answer questions. The furnishings are updated and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time at Carl’s condo. The condo was neat and clean. We had everything we needed for our beach trip. Couldn't have asked for anything more. The 46th street beach access is close by; the walk to it is just a few minutes. We would definitely come back!

Tortuga Tides

This condo is in a wonderful location. It is walkable to the beach and restaurants and also about 5 minutes from Publix. It has been furnished very nicely, very clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. The host was also very accessible.

Just a walk to the beach!

Our stay was great! The place is very updated, enjoyable, cozy, wonderful lanai, well stocked, pool right down the steps, and everything worked great. Carl was very responsive and generous with support and responses! We mentioned a couple possible changes to make, I’m sure he’ll work on those! Wonderful place, wish we could get it again, but couldn’t.

Beautiful Beach Condo

As a previous beach condo owner myself and having stayed at over a dozen AMI vacation rentals, I can be very picky. Tortuga Tides was a perfect find! The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed! The screened lanai was perfect for morning coffee. The covered parking and beach supplies storage closet were bonuses. Unfortunately, the community pool was being repaired during our stay; however, the Gulf was an easy two-block walk away. Do not hesitate to book this rental!

A Great Place!

Working with Carl from the time I contacted him with questions before booking this property until after we checked out could not have been easier or better! He answered my questions quickly and well. We LOVED staying in his condo! It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The condo is very well stocked with a lot of what you will need. There were supplies for the laundry, dish washing soap and dishwasher pods, Also, plenty of trash bags and a nice amount of toilet paper. A nice surprise was both a coffee maker and a Keurig.....with some Keurig pods available! We would definitely book for next year but he is changing the rental requirements. Our loss but still grateful to have had a great place to stay this year! P.S. The only negative is that the permanent resident that lives below this condo smokes on his lanai. The smoke would drift up to our lanai. We were able to deal with it by coming in and out some.... it would not be a deal breaker for us in the future. All other features strongly outweigh this issue.

Awesome AMI - Close to beach

Another great stay at a familiar property, different unit than previous visits. Well decorated, extremely well equipped kitchen and beach supply shed. Would highly recommend for location, somewhat pricey, but seems all walk to beach properties are, walking distance comes at a premium. Had some check in issues, caused by VRBO communication, no reflection on unit owner, who worked with us to sort things out. Overall highly recommend the area, if looking to relax near the beach. Used the trolley many times, very handy for local travel. Hope to get back again soon.

Everything was perfect from the time we walked in the door until we had to leave. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Although it is not huge it was the perfect size for our group of four. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. We spent a lot of time enjoying the lanai and heated pool. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Loved it

Really glad we chose this condo. The location is perfect: close to the beach, near Publix and other shopping, easy access on and off the island. The condo is very well appointed, with quality furnishings and thoughtful, tasteful decor. Very quiet unit and building -- never heard the neighbors. Easy communication with the owner and easy check-in and checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Heaven on Earth

This condo is perfectly located in the center of the Island, and a very short walk to the beach. Every amenity you can think of has been provided and then some. The owners are very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if you have any questions. The property is beautifully decorated and pristine. I can’t wait to return!
