Spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhome in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Recently remodeled. Beach access is directly across the street. There are 2 community pools - one is heated. There is an enclosed 1 car garage. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a queen size bed. Flatscreen TV's in each bedroom. Cable and internet service is included.

Great time on AMI!

We enjoyed our stay in Island Village. Property had lots of amenities and was close to the beach. The community was very friendly. Going back next year!

Fun in the Sun

We had an awesome two months stay. I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed. The pictures do not do this condo justice (much nicer). It was clean and spacious with plenty of puzzles, games and a nice variety of books. If you are a TV buff, there are many xtras on the smart TV’s. The internet was a plus because one of our family members had to teach while the rest of us beached it. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of utensils, pans and a multitude of small appliances. In the garage grab the wagon and take your pick of beach chairs, coolers, towels and head for a short walk to a beautiful clean beach. The heated pool was great on the cooler days. It was nice to have an in unit washer and dryer when you are there for an extended time to do the bedding and towels. Park your car and use the free trolley from one end of the island to the other and enjoy the excellent restaurants this island has to offer. Don’t miss a beautiful sunrise from Anna Maria Pier. Then remain on the beach to enjoy a gorgeous sunset. If you need the host for some reason, they are on the spot. We really enjoyed this island and condo and hope to return.

Rent this Place!

My wife and I have rented this place for January and February the last three years. There is nothing bad to say about it. It’s across the street from the beach, with views of the sunset. It’s huge, it’s well decorated and updated, it’s comfortable. I’ve seen the prices being asked for other three bedroom places and Michael and Cathy are way undercharging for this condo, it’s the best deal on VRBO. BTW the only reason we’re not taking it again, is that we bought near by, and if you can’t book this place check out VRBO later this spring for our condo on Perico.

Great stay

We spent two months at the place. The best compliment I can give is that it felt like home. It’s got plenty of room for children and grandchildren. The location is excellent; across the street from Manatee Beach and walking distance to Publix. From the back porch you can watch the sunset. The description can you all the features the unit has, but my wife and I can tell you that after a full day on a great island, this townhome is a great place to come back to throw off your shoes and relax. In fact we’ve already booked for the same time next year

Paradise on the Island

We found the property to be fantastic and very comfortable. Plenty of room to move around and not be in each others space. we were with another couple. The place was well stocked and everything you might need for the beach was in the garage. The wagon came in quit handy to cross over the road. It is centrally located. It is right across from Manatee Beach. You could see part of the gulf from the screened in porch. You could also hear the music some evenings. Early in our stay we could see the sun set from the porch. The pool, not heated, was right outside our door. We found the owners to be very friendly and actually became friends with some. The free trolley was not far. We could walk to the Catholic Church. Our experience here was fantastic.
