• We know that you may want to check-in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• Shared Outdoor Pool (Working hours - 8am-10pm.)
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Must climb stairs
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Great for group, good location for accessing downtown

Nice townhouse and good location. Close to trolley line, grocery store and restaurants. Check in/out process was well communicated and easy to follow. On the negative side, some minor things needed repair. Repairs that have been made looked very DIY and incomplete but not a deal breaker. It was only place available at the time I was visiting, but not likely to book another stay.

Great location, great property

This property was great and as nice as advertised. Three bedrooms on the third floor, main living and kitchen on the second floor, and one bedroom on the first floor. The house was clean, updated, and in a great location. Just a block from the trolley and less than 10 minute drive to the French Quarter and Superdome. We were also pleasantly surprised at the amount of restaurants within walking distance. We were able to walk to dinner spots each time we were there and we grabbed food from the Rouse’s Market (super clean) that was 3 blocks away. There is an open parking lot right in front of the building and a private, two car garage accessible by secured gate. Our group had two SUVs and a full size truck. We had no issues parking. Would stay here again.

The bones were good

I haven't reviewed a property before, but I usually stay in a rental house 8-10 times a year. This one is in a great location. Gated. The layout is spacious. Plenty of beds. The place was nice to look at. My issues were: 1. the moment I booked the property (at midnight) I started receiving texts and emails to "confirm within 24 hours" with a copy of my drivers licsense. It was midnight and I figured I would get my wallet out of my car the next day. By the time I got up at 6, I had 5 emails and 4 texts telling me I was going to loose my booking because I hadn't confirmed. I ignored and and went about my day. By noon I had a bunch more contact. I text back and said, "I am a business owner. A mother of 5 who are being homeschooled. I will get you my info before the allocated time is up." They texted back, "no worries." The AC wasn't working properly. They did come and fix it. They did not supply a WIFI password. There were multiple broken pieces of furniture that you don't notice until you sit in them. But my biggest problem was the smoke smell. The listing says fines for smoking, but clearly they don't care. I told them the place smelled off and they brushed it off. My suitcases and bags STINK now that we are home. Overall it worked great for what we needed. I would book this place again if I couldn't find anything I liked better.
