Las Tortugas A3 - beautiful 2 bedrooms condo on a beach side access in down town

Las Tortugas Condominiums are spacious and beachside -- Only a short 5 minute walk to the town square & the widest and whitest of Puerto's beaches is just out your door!!
We don't have the ocean view anymore due to the big biulding under constructions next to the property. Noise is minimum becouse we have thik glass doors.

Las Tortugas is a small enclave of 9 condominiums with a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and shade palapa for outdoor enjoyment. Located on the beachside of the main street in Puerto, you'll leave the complex and are just steps to the ocean and sand.

The condo was recently upgraded, features full size appliances and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are combined in an open floor plan. The living room has a TV set with DVD player (no cable).

The master bedroom suite features a comfy king size bed, spectacular ocean views and breezes, private bath, and private balcony.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed.

Washer and Dryer provided for your convenience.

Upgraded finishes, custom tropical hardwood cabinetry, granite counters,common area wi-fi internet, and extensive lush landscaping make this a relaxing tropical retreat.


CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
• If required documentation is not received from Guest (Copy of Credit Card in their name, Identification, Signed Agreement) within
48 hours of booking, Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation and withhold a 5% fee for credit card processing.
• If a confirmed notice of cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to the Check-In Date, the Reservation Deposit shall be forfeited by Guest.
• If a confirmed notice of cancellation is received within 90 days of the Check-In Date and the Unit is re-rented, the Reservation Deposit shall be forfeited by Guest. If the unit is not re-rented, the Total Rental Fee shall be forfeited by Guest.
• All payments received for any concierge services, extra amenities, third party services, and tours are non-refundable.
• Shortened stays or early departure do not warrant any refund or rent or deposit. The purchase of trip insurance is recommended, as it is intended to protect travelers from unforeseen circumstances that cause cancellation or interruption, included but not limited to hurricanes, illness, etc. Trip insurance will be the sole remedy for the occurrence of such perils.
• Utilities, services, and amenities that are available in the Unit are maintained regularly and kept in good repair. The agent will facilitate the repair of equipment or restoration of services, however, lapses in services or equipment do not warrant any refund of rent.
• Construction noise from neighboring properties does not warrant any refund of rent.

Midweek cleaning service with change of sheets and towels will take place after 7 days of stay. We will be happy to arrange additional cleaning upon request.

Our Property Management Company has an office in the town square and is available for any needs during your stay, as well as having an after-hours emergency number.
