The Ferme des deux ifs is:

- A fully renovated house of 218 m² with:
         * A large living room of 70 m² with many openings overlooking the garden and the interior courtyard. American kitchen with all the dishes necessary for your stay. Living room with dvd player (children's dvd available), wifi connection, library with children's and adults' books and books / documentation on the region (classified by theme).
* A 25.5 m² games room with a multitude of board games for young and old, an electronic dart board.
* 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets

Baby equipment: bed with mattress, high chair and baby bath.

- A fenced 2500 m² grassy garden where your children can play in complete safety, relaxation area (deckchairs, deckchairs), terrace area with 3 tables and 12 chairs.
All shaded by 3 yews over 200 years old and a lime tree. Provision of balls (football, rugby, volleyball, basketball ...), badminton net and rackets ...
Barbecue and aromatic plants at your disposal.

- A large interior courtyard entirely enclosed by 1100 m² of outbuildings. You will find there ping-pong table (rackets available), pétanque ground (3 games of boules on site), space to keep your cars safe.

- At 30 minutes from the cottage many activities will seduce you and make you enjoy our beautiful region.

* Sheets are not included in the rental price. Option to take them as an option: € 12 for 140/190 beds and € 10 for 90 * 190 beds

* Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee not compulsory: € 70 for the stay

* A deposit check of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival at the premises.
