Many activities are possible: Fishing in the nearby pond. river descent, tennis at 1km, baptisms of the area to fly over the castles of the Loire, Futuroscope of Poitiers, castles of the Loire (Loches, Chinon, Azay le Rideau, etc ...) and the Beauval Zoo.
The house is very quiet with views of the countryside. It is completely independent with a 5000m² garden near the Creuse river. It includes, on the ground floor: A living room with insert fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom with sofa bed, 1 separate WC. Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with double bed and baby bed, an adult bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, a shower room, 1 separate WC and a large relaxation area .
