The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), large lounge, fully fitted kitchen and private pool, with outside toilet and shower
The villa is built on two floors, each one with its own outside entrance at ground level. The villa front is laid with white cobbled stones, and ample room for several cars. Access to the villa is via a private tree-lined road.
Set in a very large area, the pool is 8 x 4 meters (14 x 28 feet) with a shallow end of 1 meter (3 feet) deep, where you can enter via steps, gradually sloping down to the 7’ deep end, which is about 2.2 meters.

A covered outdoor eating area with large table, a built in traditional style BBQ. with plenty of outdoor chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers. Pool towels are also provided.

Housekeeping Service:
The housekeeper comes for approximately 1 hour each day Monday to Saturday. Her duties include general cleaning, bed making and linen changes once weekly.
Budens village is just 5-6 minutes walking distance, with cafes, restaurants and a supermarket.
