I liked the location of the unit. Being on the corner with no other building blocking your view was awesome.

Family Vacation

Perfect vacation location! We loved the space of the condo where my kids had room to spread out! The long dining room table came in handy. There were so many seating options in the living room, and the balcony had the best view! We also loved that the appliances were updated and the layout of the property was amazing. The different options of pools to choose from was so nice with kids! The hot tubs were great, too! Awesome experience all around! We will be back!

Nice stay

Overall, we had a nice week in this unit. Communication from management was OUTSTANDING and we had no serious issues. PROS: Excellent location, easy access and parking. Living area/kitchen were spacious as was the master suite. The kitchen was modern and attractive. Beautiful view from the patio with seating for six persons - the location on the west end of the building allowed a lovely view of sunset each evening. CONS: The two other bedrooms were small and one was uncomfortably warm compared to the other rooms. The furniture in general was fine but the other decor was spartan and minimal. Could be made much more inviting with a little updating and the input from a decorator. Unfortunately, there is construction on the adjoining property which contributed quite a bit of noise at times during the day. Finally, we ran out of hot water on more than one occasion. We had to make a schedule for showers so that everyone had hot water. For a unit that sleeps up to 10 persons, the current hot water heater appears inadequate to provide enough hot water.

Thank you for all this great feedback, Wanda! Unfortunately, the hot water heater must be the size for a condo, not a full-size house. We hope you return soon! -The Luxury Coastal Vacations Team

When we walked in it smelled so nice and clean and it was !! Everything was just as described. Plenty of towels also !! Comfortable beds and nice furnishings. We were very pleased with all the pool areas to choose from also. A few days before we were to leave we received a message saying there may be another day available which we wanted to go ahead and reserve . I tried for 2 days many times to get in touch to verify that we could stay so my daughter could arrange her schedule at work. The night before they did reach back out to us and we did stay the extra day which was wonderful but wish the communication would have been better. Also the access to the beach is by key fob which no one ever has lol. A key pad would be much easier. This is a wonderful condo and I would highly recommend it.

Thank you for the perfect score! We're glad the condo was so clean and smelled nice on arrival, and that everything matched the listing. It's great the towels, beds, furnishings, and pool options met your expectations. We're sorry for the delay in confirming the extra night — that's not the experience we aim for, and we've shared your feedback with our team to improve response times. We also appreciate the suggestion about a keypad and have passed it along to the property manager for consideration. Thank you for recommending the condo — we hope to host you again. Location was perfection . Walking distance to Walmart , ice cream shops and restaurants. Condo amenities fantastic . Gorgeous landscaping , several pools and hot tubs . As far as this specific unit .. It was not accommodating for a large family of 8 as far as hot water goes . Each night everyone had to take about a 2 minute shower a piece and it was FREEZING . Only the first two people would get hot water then Luke warm water after 4 mins later . Condo was beautiful and decorated nicely . Only complaint was hot water (which was a big deal after being at the beach all day and getting ready to go out to restraunts at night ). If hot water was fixed would book again here.

Dishes had been eaten on and placed back in cabinet with grease/food on them and food on forks/knives. Ceiling fans had to be dusted before using. It was all reported to luxury vacation rentals. Blowing rain came in master bedroom window making carpet wet.

Family vacay

Our stay was great! It could have been a little cleaner but better than others I have stayed at. Had a few minor repairs that needed to be made but overall it was great! I’d definitely stay here again. I loved the wrap around balcony too. The SeaChase condominiums are a great place to stay with it’s many pools and great staff!
