Views of the Gulf waters from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony makes this 1,400 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath on the second floor a colorful getaway, comfortably outfitted for your vacation needs with a huge HDTV and fine linens.

Fully appointed kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Seachase is great. Very clean and well kept. Close proximity to the beach and two pools makes it nice. The unit we stayed in was good but the dryer needs to be replaced because of all the rust on it. The kitchen is not well equipped with knives for chopping and cutting. The living room was very comfortable and accommodating. The air conditioning was nice and cool and check in was a breeze. Besides a few needed updates it was overall a very nice stay.

The management team is great and quick to respond to any issue. Our washer went out on the first day and they worked fast to get a new one installed. So very helpful! 202E was a very nice unit and I would stay here again. If II had to offer a negative... the patio furniture could use an update, a broom in the unit would be helpful for floor cleanup and the master shower door doesnā€™t close. We will return to SeaChase!!!

Reviewer Comments: We were told upon arrival (not before when they called to say unit was ready) that pool was not available to use, a big reason why we choose to stay here year after year. Then the smaller pool was also not available to use the last night of our stay due to a party. No offer of a discount or even an apology when I called the front desk, but the offer of we still had the indoor pool to use. Thatā€™s not quite the same when youā€™re on an oceanfront property with 3 pools to choose from for a reason. Ice maker was broken so bagged ice was delivered - inconvenient but nice to offer. Dryer has seen better days and could be replaced.
