Welcoming 2 BR Haven~ the Porch overlooking Asbury Park

This is an apartment rental. We provide linens if you don't want to bring your own, but you will need to wash / dry them. This guest did not follow our house rules. Unfortunately, the stackable unit had become unreliable, so we installed a second set in the basement. Very functional, but clearly not a finished basement. I did contact someone local to provide some items Christine hadn't brought, but even after dropping them off, she was not respectful of the woman who brought over these extras. She continued to call as if we have concierge service. After further investigation, ALL the towels were in the two bedroom closets, nicely stacked with an extra set of sheets for each bed.. I offered to have the cleaning service return to clean the basement entry. She declined. The area she was disturbed by is a window that sits in a storage area outside the kitchen. We have enjoyed many guests here with little or no issues. My most recent guest, an airbnb host from the city, said he thinks we have too much kitchen stuff and should simplify. (It spans three cabinets and shelves.) As my husband says, there's always one..... (I really hate when he's right!)

We REALLY enjoyed having Kelly's group. Our hope is that we can do it again. Her group was open and responsive, and were able to enjoy on one of the most well-booked weekends of the year, SEE.Hear.Now. We had a last minute cancellation, so were thrilled to be able to host Kelly and her team. We look forward to doing it again! She is a 5 star guest!
