Stunning house on Deal Lake with a spacious deck only feet from the water. The house is positioned with panoramic lakes views and complete privacy from the street. The serene location is perfect for quiet meals on the deck and private relaxation in the built-in hot-tub overlooking the water.

The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Asbury Park, and less than a mile from the beach and Asbury Park Boardwalk. It was completely renovated in 2012 to include hardwood flooring, two luxurious spa-like bathrooms, a high-end gourmet kitchen, spacious entertainment areas, three bedrooms and an office. The first floor has two guest bedrooms (one king and one queen size bed), a full bathroom with quadruple rain shower, kitchen, dining, living and sun rooms boosting panoramic lake views in three directions. The lakeside terrace, accessible through oversize glass sliding doors from the living room and the sun room, is complete with a dining table for ten and a brand-new built-in hot tub for seven.

The entire second floor provides the privacy of a spacious master bedroom with a custom-made larger than king (106”) bed, a full bathroom with rain shower and tub, and a spacious office providing a comfortable and peaceful work environment should you bring your work with you. The office can also be used as a fourth bedroom if needed with inflatable mattresses. We provide two full size inflatable mattresses, including all necessary bedding and linens, for this purpose. Full laundry facilities are located in the basement.

Although the home has a very warm and cozy feeling, it is very modern with amenities such as built-in speakers and sound system throughout, recessed/dimmable lighting, and dual zone A/C temperature controls. This is truly a place that is secluded enough to give you complete privacy on the lake, yet within walking distance to the famous Asbury Park boardwalk and the exciting nightlife that Asbury Park has to offer. Also included during your stay are 2 kayaks for use on the lake, and five bicycles to easily get around town.

The house sleeps 6 people in regular beds in three bedrooms. For larger groups, the office can be used as a fourth bedroom together with inflatable mattresses. We provide two full size inflatable mattresses, including all necessary bedding and linens, for this purpose.
