The company was initially founded by two cousins who shared a passion for real estate and hospitality, driven by the booming travel demand in the Nashville area. Their goal was to provide exceptional management services for short-term rental properties, catering to both property owners and visitors in this vibrant market. In 2023, the company was acquired by Andy Curry and Debra Jones, a couple from Mt. Juliet, TN, who brought a wealth of business experience and a fresh perspective. Under their leadership, the company has flourished, expanding its footprint beyond Nashville to include popular vacation destinations such as Gulf Shores, AL, the scenic mountains of Western North Carolina, and the charming town of Laurel, MS.
