It is a 5 minute drive to the beach and walking distance to all the most famous Pawleys Island 5 star restaurants and music venues. Public grocery, CVS and Walgreens drug stores, Post Office, Banks, Starbucks, ice cream shops, beach shops and bike rentals are within a mile. Brookgreen Gardens and Hobcaw Barony are 10 minutes away. Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of SC is 12 miles to the north, Myrtle Beach 25 miles north, historic Georgetown 15 minutes south and Historic Charleston less than two hours south of Pawleys.

This is a cozy yet pretty cottage style home with a gas electronic start fireplace and all hardwood floors, 2 comfortable couches, 5 comfortable chairs, a bar height table with 8 bar stools for dining and game playing, 8 very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 extra large additional outdoor hot water shower stalls. The shared tile floor laundry room is available upon request through a complimentary laundry service by the host

The bricked patio is about 1000 sq ft and includes a gas BBA grill, lots of tables and chairs, 8 rocking chairs and several chaise lounges. Out on the 3 acres are several hammocks to relax in, swings for children, soccer balls and nets, volley ball and net, beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas and boogie boards fore available to be used by our guests.

The upstairs bedroom has 6 single beds, 2 of which are bunk style beds which are favorites of our guests and their children. There is also a single bed and sofa in the adjoining bedroom. These 7 beds share the full bath upstairs as well as the outdoor showers. The spacious king bedroom on the main floor has room for a pac'n'play or twin air mattress. There is a full hall bathroom with tub/shower which is shared by this king bedroom and your guests.

Enjoy cooking all of your meals at home if desired in the fully stocked kitchen with toaster, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator and stove/oven and a dishwasher. Paper plates and cups are also provided.

We pride ourselves on the luxurious and comfortable bright white cotton sheets, towels and bedspreads, pillow and comforters. Beach towels are available to use at the beach.

The property was the site of a historic plantation called Cedar Grove. The plantation house still exists as a private residence next door and there are several historic grave markers out on the edge of the road. I have owned this property for over 25 years and there are no ghosts or paranormal activities.
