Litchfield Country Club 4 Bedroom/4 Bath Cottage on Golf Course - Pawleys Island

Come and stay at one of the original Litchfield Country Club cottages, located in the heart of LCC golf course (Pawleys Islandā€™s first golf course opened in 1966), next to the driving range and across from the country club. This spacious home can sleep up to 12 guests, with plenty of interior living space and four primary bedrooms, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. There is a 75" Amazon + Roku smart TV in the living room and 55" Amazon + Roku smart TVs in each bedroom. Outdoor space includes a screened porch area in the front of the house and a patio with a grill and firepit out back. Kickback and relax at your home away from home, or get out and enjoy everything Pawleys Island and the surrounding area has to offer.

Bed linens, bath towels, starter paper products and toiletries are included.

What a great house. 6 big beds, 4 full bathrooms, plenty of space to relax. A perfect rental. The hosts were extremely accommodating, and provided everything you might need, and even some things in case you forgot. They even had a case of water in the fridge, a basket of snacks on the kitchen table, and just about every type of coffee you can imagine. Highly recommend this house!

We really loved how everyone had their own ā€œspaceā€ in regard to bedrooms and bathrooms.The home is spacious, decorated beautifully and very comfortable!We really enjoyed staying there and had a great time!!Home is close to shopping, restaurants etcā€¦Matt and Megan were responsive with any questions we had.We will most def be staying here again!!!

I would love to rate this much higher. The house is more than you could ever hope for. The home was spotless and very well equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. We have rented numerous homes from VRBO and this one is by far the best that we have ever stayed in!! Megan was very responsive to our needs and was easily reached when necessary. You will not be disappointed if you should rent this home.

I would give this Vrbo 10 stars if they have 10 stars. This place is perfect for anyone that wants to use for golf trip. The place is located in a golf community and extremely safe and quiet. Amazingly clean, bedā€™s mattress are comfortable, the owners,,,,Matt and Meganā€¦..are very nice and attention to every possible detailsā€¦If we come back to Myrtle Beachā€¦.this is the place I will stay. Parking is plenty.

This was the perfect spot for our family. My son was getting married on the beach, we were 5 minutes from the location of the Rehearsal dinner, 15 minutes from the Beach location for the Ceremony and 10 minutes from the Reception dinner. Several people played golf, a 5 minute walk to the golf course. The house was immaculate, had everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. And the game room was a lot of fun. We would definetly stay here again.

Absolutely great for the family of 4, kids both got a room and bathroom. Wife has restless legs so I got my own room and bath as well lol. Great location for most anything, whether its the Greenbrook gardens, the beach, Myrtle beach, shops, parks, you name it. We plan on a different state each year but if I ever end up in the area, this will be booked again.

Great experience on Country Club road

Our experience was second to none at this property. This property is very well laid out and detailed. It's easy to get in and out of. While we were there never really wanted to leave to go out. This was my fisrt experience with Vrbo and because of this property it wont be my last. I'LL BE BACK!!!!

Ideal Vacation Home

Our stay at the cottage was magnificent! Myself and nine of my college buddies took full advantage of staying right next to the clubhouse at Litchfield Country Club and its driving range. It was any golfers dream! The home was very clean and organized upon arrival. It had every essential possible for our stay. You can tell the owners put a lot of time and energy into the property. The ā€œman caveā€ out in the backyard was also incredible. Our group loved the skeeball machine in particular! We also enjoyed the firepit in the evenings. We had zero complaints staying here. Any questions or concerns we had during our stay were promptly addressed by Matt and Megan. I would highly recommend the stay to any avid golfers or others wanting a nice vacation home in the Pawleys area.

This house was perfect the host thought of everything. I have rented houses before and ended up having to buy more supplies when I checked in, I came prepared and never had to touch my cleaning supplies, etc. Our kids loved the place too! Location was amazing for the wedding event we were attending just across the street. Couldnā€™t ask for a better spot with location and distance to many places. I would recommend this house to family and friends as well as use the same host in the future.
