Beautiful country house with private pool located in one of the best areas of Alicante. Less than 5 minutes driving from the center of Elche (city with 2 World Heritage by UNESCO: The Palm and The Elche Mystery Play), 15 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Santa Pola ( Blue 2015) flag and the beautiful beaches of Arenales.

It is a charming cottage situated in a strategic point to enjoy a complete holiday. It also has bus line to enter the town of Elche without using the car. A 10-minute walk from the apartment include all services, pharmacy, restaurants, takeaways, bars, and just 15 minutes found the L'Aljub Mall (cinemas, restaurants, shops, supermarket, ...) .

It is in a pleasant residential area, surrounded by other houses and private homes.

Situated on a plot of 1300m, the house sleeps 7 people and is divided into a cozy living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms (two with double bed, one single and one twin), bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. In addition to a porch perfect for outdoor dining and lounging in the cool summer evenings.

In the house you'll find games, books in different languages, games for children, and of course, wireless internet.

Also in the plot it has private parking for two vehicles, a second toilet with access from the outside, fruit trees, playground, hammocks, great gazebo, and of course, its fantastic private pool.
