Welcome to Casa Mediterraneo 23, a quiet place to relax and enjoy a magnificent holiday and at the same time very close to tourist areas. The house has POOL all year round in the accommodation. It is located 12km from beautiful beaches, 20km from Torrevieja and 40km from Alicante airport. The house has WIFI connection, air conditioning, hair dryer, flat screen TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, 2 hairdryers, bed linen, towels, portable fridge, beach umbrella, beach towels, 2 terraces with beautiful views, gas barbecue, patio, sun loungers by the pool, and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, blender, glasses, cups, coffee cups, tea and milk , bowls for breakfast, complete crockery, cutlery, pots, pans ...) The experience is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the pool area with sun loungers and relaxation corner, a garage for 3 cars, a children's playroom and ping-pong table, outdoor shower, bathroom and patio. On the first floor there is 1 living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), kitchen, laundry room and 2 terraces (one with views of the pool and another with views of the garden)

The house is located in a very quiet village with all services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, parks, green areas ...)

On the Beach Center, passing the promenade, quiet, family place ideal for walking in high season where loungers and umbrellas are rented.

- La Mata: For nature lovers, we recommend the visit of wetlands in the area, where you can spot huge colonies of flamingos and other waterfowl, enjoy a nice walk.
