*After 5 guests - extra person pays additional £35per night [Maximum guests allowed 6persons]
*Refundable £250 damage CASH deposit on arrival & returned on the last day if satisfactory no damage nor default in rules.
*Reason for accommodation with requested PROVEN IDENTITY of all guests required for security measures.
Other deposits are non-refundable.n
Early (Before 15:00) / Late check-in fee (for checking-in after 19:00): £30
* Additional fees- Cleaning fee charged on arrival : £40 for 5 guests, £20 per additional guest [6 person ]is for keeping the place clean for next guest after you leave, just as the guest before you paid to keep the place clean for your use.
