Very close to Tourist sites, and 10 minutes walk to Wimbledon Tennis Championship site.

Cosy, clean and so close to everything!

We had a comfortable stay, and the property is amazingly close to good shops, cafes, and 4 mins walk to Southfields Tube Station. Lubna is a very experienced and caring host.

Convenient to Southfields tube station, this studio apartment is well appointed. The host was friendly and very helpful. The full oven was convenient for preparing meals there. The kitchen has plenty of equipment for simple meal making. Food stores are close by near the station.

Wonderful location

Chose this location due to the closeness proximity to Wimbledon, but ended up also loving how close it is to the underground and the ease of getting around down to London, etc. I stayed five nights and I saw more than ever expected. I would recommend this location to any individual or couple.

Perfect for us againBob & Deb From WI. USAWe stayed 12 days in July 2025. This was our third time staying with Lubna at this property. Being our third time says it all. It perfect for a visit to the London area. The tube station makes it very easy to get anywhere. Our host is always accommodating and asking if everything is alright. She is always asking is there anything she can do to make it better. We use it as a base to explore new and old things every day. Hope to get back.

Great place

The apartment was very charming. The park was across the street. Tesco for a quick food was just across the park. The canal walk.. Lynn was a great host and answered all her questions as we ask them. Best job was right down the street.

A perfect haven!

I really enjoyed this place! It is a beautiful studio with perfect amount of space for me. I was, also, very happy for the stove, washer/dryer and other amenities especially with the week long trip. The place was very close to the Underground which made travel very nice and the town is safe and very quaint. I definitely would love to return here!

Warm Hospitality and Convenient Location"

She and their family were incredibly kind, always ready to help with any concerns. The proximity to the subway station and supermarkets made the location very convenient. It truly was a wonderful experience.

Nice & Affordable Studio Apartment

Well-equipped studio apartment in a quaint, easily accessible area of South London. Enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very accommodating. Would recommend this VRBO for a couple.

Just right

Stayed 5 nights and traveled easily into the city to make train connections and to sightsee. Nice neighborhood with good restaurants. Very helpful host! Thank you for having us in your home.

The location was excellent. Close to the underground and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Only real observation was that the studio was very “tired looking” on the inside. Could use a freshing up (paint/decorating). Host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Comfortable and close to Shops and Tube station

2nd time still the charm:

This was our second time renting this listing. We loved it then and now. We stayed two weeks each time. It met our needs exactly. Close to all the necessary amenities. The tube, coffee in the morning, groceries and restaurants. All in a very clean and safe environment. Lubna is a very attentive and accommodating hoist. It feels like home in a very short time. We’ll rent it again!!!!

7 Nights in a Sea of Tranquillity

3 min. stroll to Tube and "Downtown Southfields" 1/2 hr + or - to Westminster Bridge. Great Pub, Fish & Chips, Sainsbury's & other small shops "Downtown". Host/owners were great. Quiet residential neighborhood. WOULD DEFITNTELY STAY AGAIN !!!

Easy London Access - Quite Location

This property worked out fantastic for my son and I. Our agenda consisted of day trips to various areas in and around London so we didn’t need a large place to stay that was safe and quiet and clean, which this was! Quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes access to the Southfields tube station, plenty of shops and access to restaurants near by if you aren’t feeling up for meals in the center of London. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Rental for A First Visit to London!

This was the perfect rental for a first visit to London! It was perfect for one person and included everything you might need. The rental was very clean. The hostess was kind and pleasant. The neighborhood was beautiful and very safe. It was very close to the underground and it took me less than 20 minutes to get into the heart of the city. The neighborhood included a local grocery, restaurants and coffee shops. I would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, friendly, good location

My college aged daughter stayed here while on internship in London. The place is very compact, but also functional. The neighborhood felt safe, and she felt confident coming and going from the train station. Loved seeing the neighborhood fox! It was nice to know someone was on the property and they were very kind and helpful. Thank you.

Conveniently Located Studio Apartment Near Wimbledon

Cozy, clean studio apartment conveniently located 5 minutes walking distance from an Underground station, which provides easy access to Wimbledon and other major London sights. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to grocery stores, pubs and a variety of restaurants. The owner was kind and helpful, making sure that we had what we needed at check in and then giving us our privacy throughout our visit. Highly recommend.

I live in the main house with my family, and the studio apartment is totally independent from the main house with its own door.
I started this business over fourteen years ago as I love to meet people of different nationalities , and enjoy learning about different cultures and common threads that unite us.
I enjoy South Asian Classical and Semi Classical music going to Museums and Art Galleries. Gardening is another of my passions and love to visit the Royal Horticultural Society's Garden at Wisley which luckily is only 20 minutes drive away. My favourite city is Venice.

I bought this property about 35 years ago as I always wanted to live on this road. The beautiful houses with big gardens always attracted me. The cherry trees and the winding road was another plus point.
