Upon being informed of the issue, I promptly arrived and was able to open the door using the regular key without any difficulties. In an effort to ensure everything was in proper working order, I had the lock inspected by a handyman despite it being New Year’s day. The handyman found no issues with the lock. However, as a precaution, the lock was serviced, including lubrication and maintenance. Additionally, I took steps to offer further reassurance by suggesting that a locksmith could inspect the lock and replace it, if necessary, at the tenant’s convenience. However, the tenant declined this offer and decided not to proceed with occupancy. I always strive to address any concerns promptly and effectively, and I remain committed to providing a positive experience for all tenants. Thank you again for your feedback.
