Each very spacious, completely remodeled in a Latin style, surrounded by lush tropical landscape, with a Spanish inspired saltwater pool. Modern furnishings and décor with premium Queen beds (some King), upgraded full kitchens with granite countertops, full baths; two private entrances, private patio garden, furniture and BBQ. A decorative fence bordered by thick, lush landscape, surrounds the property providing privacy and an escape ambience.

>> AMENITIES: Self Check-in/out with secure electronic door locks. All utilities provided, central AC, Hi-Speed WIFI for business guests, HD cable, SMART UHD 55” & 40” TV’s for streaming, full kitchen utensils, initial paper goods, linens/towels/beach towels, huge walk-in closets/storage. Cleaning every 2 weeks with extended stays. Security: exterior security cameras only.

GREAT place to stay!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property that is near stores and restaurants. VERY walkable. Very quiet. I LOVE the private patio where I can enjoy a morning coffee in my pajamas and read my book. Owners are very responsive. Easy to talk to. Very clean and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Well-equipped kitchen. Great TV and Wifi. Very nice living room and dining area. Vaulted ceilings. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Surroundings

Gorgeous gardens and lovely property. Villa was rather dark due to need to keep shades down for privacy. Kitchen could have used some spices and bathroom definitely needed bath soap and shampoo. Washer and dryer are not allowed to be used by guests on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Host was very attentive.

Great spot in Delray

This was a very nice, well appointed 1 bedroom unit with a private back patio and grill. The owners were very nice and extremely attentive with pro active communication along the way. I can recommend this location and will be staying again. G

Hidden Gem

Words cannot describe how beautiful this Villa is… Everything you could ever want and need ! When you walk in you feel at home. The pool is exceptional with a waterfall that sounds so soothing. The owners were quick responding and very flexible and adjusting dates for my stay. The location is ideal for vacationers. Within walking distance to all the main attractions in the area.

The pool area was great, we enjoyed that. Air conditioning was inadequate, really could use washer and dryer access. Keeping the blinds closed as requested makes it feel dark and cave-like.

Fantastic place to stay!!

This is a great location for professionals, couples, or friends traveling together. Certainly families could stay here too. However, as someone traveling for work it’s often hard to find a place that is quiet and feels like home. Well this is it! Like an oasis! It is beautiful, comfortable, has everything you need and safe and clean! Grocery store, beach, and downtown Delray all in a nice walking distance. Loved it here thank you!

Charming Delray villa

The villa was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The pool area is lovely and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the outdoor table outside our kitchen door in a private corner with pretty landscaping. Though in walking distance of bustling Atlantic Avenue and Pineapple Grove, the villas were quiet and peaceful. Host was very responsive. This place comes highly recommended for vacationing couples looking for a serene, well-located place to stay in Delray.

Stunning Stay- Wow (in 20 yrs of DR vacations!)

This is it. What the owners have created in Yellow & Red Palm Villas is the best we have stayed at in 20 yrs of Delray renting. Attention to details, tropical grounds and amenities that are accurately (!) described. Pictures do not do our Villa nor the property justice. Owners were responsive as needed, we felt like being on an island resort without the crowds and the location to Atlantic Ave & beaches perfect for our walk routine. We booked next year already. Highly recommend vs places nearby (NO disruptive pets, thank you)

Beautiful gem in the heart of Delray Beach

This was a beautiful, well maintained and clean property. The one bedroom villa is spacious and bright. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen and access to the pool from the back door. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the room is big. The living room is also big and very airy. The owners Bill and Susan are super friendly and are on site for any problems. "Which we didn't encounter". We were able to walk to restaurants and bars on the main strip of Atlantic Ave. The beach is only a few blocks away and also can easily be walked to. Villas are in a quiet neighborhood that is safe and friendly. My husband and I can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Fabulous property!

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, beautiful! Loved biking to beach & around town all week. Wonderful neighborhood. Was very hard to leave... Thank you Susan & Bill for your hospitality.

Exceptional

I was not sure what I was getting into when I chose to stay at Sue and Bill's Yellow Palm Villa instead of my usual hotel. Sure, the pictures on line appeared lovely, but when I walked into the one bedroom villa I was simply amazed. The pictures did not nearly do it justice. First let me say that prior to my departure from Connecticut to Florida, Sue and Bill sent me all necessary information necessary to make the trip go smoothly. They did not leave out any information, from directions from the airport up to and including my departure. The villa's are hidden behind colorful landscaping and trees, making them so much more private than any hotel. Upon first entering the villa, I was most impressed with the cleanliness, from floor to ceiling. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was modern with plenty of cabinets with a Keurig coffeemaker just waiting for me to make my first cup of coffee. The bathroom was modern and had a beautiful shower. There was an abundance of shelves and a super large walk in closet in the bedroom. The mattress on the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on, and with the cable TV in the bedroom I found it difficult to get out of bed in the morning, except I couldn't wait to sip my coffee on my private patio before taking a morning swim in the pool. I would then take a 12 minute walk to Atlantic Avenue, where I shopped, walked to the beach, and ate at any of the many restaurants on the strip. A short block away was Walgreens and a block further was Publix. I knew where everything was because Sue and Bill left me all that information!! From now on, my vacations to Delray Beach will center around the availability of one of their properties!!

The Best in Delray and the area

We have stayed at most of the rentals on ne seventh ave and have found our return spot with Susan & Bill's Red & yellow Palm Villas. Unlike many of the others, they were clean as promised and smelled fresh (no pets), well appointed and 'truly' located close to everything. IT exceeded our expectation and surpassed the descriptions and pictures. Owners very informative before and after, and responsive if needed (minor questions). We booked our next stay already. Thanks for a most comfortable and peaceful stay.

Susan is from Connecticut/Massachusetts and Bill from Chicago. We've traveled extensively thus the international inspiration for much of the décor from various countries and adventures.

Spanish/Latin inspired environment with heavy Latin visual influences. Lush tropical landscaping covers the grounds throughout. Completely Renovated interiors and grounds, new pool and fantastic location.
We as owners are good at what we do, very reliable and responsive, with keen eyes for details our guests appreciate. Our properties are meant to be comfortable, visual escape.
