Seagull Condominiums unit 609L is a sixth floor 1 bedroom 1 bath ocean front vacation rental. The open remodeled and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for enjoying the view as you prepare your favorite meals. You can also view the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or private patio. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has an attached private bathroom. The living room and bedroom have new carpeting and there is tile flooring throughout the rest of the unit. This Condo sleeps 4. (Resort pool is heated Nov, Dec, March and April) Wireless Internet in condo.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Beach Getaway

This was exactly what we wanted & exactly as described. The view was beautiful! The condo was clean & furnished nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay while enjoying the beach!

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the peaceful ocean waves and view from indoors or on the patio. The condo was quiet, clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. Easy beach access with complimentary canopies and lounge chairs set up daily (weather permitting) near the attached board walk. All staff were friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect short getaway!

We needed a perfect short getaway and we got one! The building was well located, well equipped and well maintained. Our condo was clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Girls trip

We had a great time. The location of the condo is perfect and is easy to get to the main land or Port Aransas. The inside of the condo is very spacious and very nice. I plan on bringing my family back.

Quick Get Away during the week

This was a quick getaway while working temporarily in the area. Outstanding condo, lots of space, well appointed, perfect view, comfortable furniture including quality seating on the balcony.

Great condo to relax. Condo was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Easy access to the beach. Short drive into town. Loved sitting on balcony with a glass of wine.

Comfortable and relaxing

This property was extremely welcoming and wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the maintenance men, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely stay at Sea Gull Condos again. Loved it!

Very relaxing

Overall very good, clean and comfortable. The furniture is a bit worn but adequate. There were no instructions for internet connection or operating the TV. Otherwise the view was great and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
