SeaGull Condominiums unit 1109 is an eleventh floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront vacation rental located on Mustang Island. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A queen aerobed is available for extra sleeping space. There is carpet in the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the condo. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up any of your favorite meals. Excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico can be viewed from the living room or private patio. This Condo sleeps 6.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

For Port Aransas this is a decent place. It’s pretty aged and needs an update pretty badly but all in all it was a decent day.

Graduation trip

The building was a little older but the condo was updated and very nice. The big balcony offered great views of the ocean and the ping pong table in the ground floor was a hit. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier and the ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

A little getaway

We enjoyed the view. Our only complaint was the bed was way to firm and uncomfortable. Other than that we really had a nice time.

Great!

Enjoyed our stay. Great view! The only thing that could of been better is the privacy in both bedrooms. The blinds are in ruff shape, recommend they be replaced.

Great place and great view. Very quiet. Could have been a little cleaner. Looked like black mold (kinda fuzzy) on a vent in the kitchen. Internet was non-existent except when the maintenence guy came to check it...super fast then but after he left, non-existent again. We had to use our phone to hotspot in order to get some online work done. Other than those 2 problems, this place is amazing. We did not ask to be moved due to the place being rented out to max capacity. We've stayed in this complex before but a different room. No issues with the other 2 rooms.

Nice condo

Maintenance came by to pick up something for the owner. If we wouldn't have been there, they world have just come in and that was concerning to us. Either the owner or the mgt co could have let us know ahead of time.

Clean and well equipped

The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be recently updated. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. And the beach was uncrowded. A couple complaints: the tv remotes. There were four remotes for the living room tv and no instructions on how to use them. It took a couple days of trial and error to figure them out. Also, we were not given the password to the condo’s wifi. We used the building’s wifi but it was a little spotty which was hard for work-from-home days. Overall, great location and nice, clean condo. We would come back.

Beautiful view!

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay and the Oceanview was beautiful! The condo was nice and clean. Our only issue was the elevators, both elevators didn't work on Saturday evening and my pregnant sister had to walk up 11 stairs! Other then that, I'll definitely come back!

Great location.Great views! Perfect for a family or group of friends!

The view was great. the beds were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. Kitchen has all dishes, utensils, and appliances you may need, but make sure you bring any condiments (salt, pepper etc) if you plan on cooking. The front desk staff in the lobby is available 24/7. They sell bags of ice for $2 (cash only). Umbrellas and chairs are set up on the beach by the staff everyday at 0900, one canopy and two chairs for each condo, free of charge!! That was an added bonus! (Not sure if that is year round or just peak travel months). Highly recommend this property!

Our Stay

No need to go anywhere else! This was a great condo. Access to the beach right out the back door was priceless. The condo provides tents and chairs for on the beach so you can enjoy long amounts of time. The pool was wonderful and large. I'd stay here again if we came to Port Aransas.

Great condo and facility

We enjoyed our stay and was very happy with the condo. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Enjoyed the different food trucks that came during the week. We will be back on our next trip to Port A. The workout room and basketball hoop could use an upgrade.
