A nice new home. In a cul-de-sac with stunning views. Find yourself in the heart of, Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Sand Hollow or Quail Creek State Parks; All within 30 minutes drive. Tennant's have access to the: internet, washer/dryer, large barbecue and big fully landscaped back yard. You’ll find back yard games to play, horse shoes, badminton , and bean bag toss. This home has a faux electric fireplace to set the mood of ambiance and is a great warming devise on chilly days. Come have fun at the Zion Adventure House.

Great for a quick little getaway.

The owner was great to add on a day for us. They replied quickly with any questions we had. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and we would definitely stay again.

The pictures don't do it justice....

The house was much nicer than in the pictures! Fully stocked, very clean and comfortable for the four of us. We had everything we needed to make meals. Plenty of games but we have teenagers so a football to throw around would have been nice. The location was okay; some of the houses around were a little sketchy looking but overall everyone we came across was nice. It was quiet. The drive to Zion was an easy 30 minutes with a beautiful view. One thing I will say is take the extra time to drive to Walmart in Hurricane for groceries. We paid a ridiculous amount at the local grocery store and when you have two teenage boys, that matters. Get up early if you are going to Zion; it fills up fast. The house was great, our trip was great. :-)

Good place to stay for trip to St George / Zion

The house was nice and according to description, we did not spend much time in it since we were mostly here to visit the area but we had a great time.

Wonderful stay!

The house didn’t disappoint! So close to Zion National Park and so many other fun things! The house was perfect for our adventures. Beautifully kept. We will stay here again.

This was a great place to stay to visit Zion National Park! The property is just as described! Clean, nicely decorated and everything you would need. Cute well manicured back yard. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, convenient rental

The house was kept up extremely well. It was actually one of the more well stocked homes we’ve stayed in through the years. The landscape in the backyard was unreal! The owner was always prompt in responses when we had questions etc. We traveled to Zion (about 30 minutes from home) Bryce Canyon (2 hours from home) and Grand Canyon North Rim (2 hours from home). It was convenient in the sense it was in the middle of everything we did. Las Vegas was furthest and even that was about 2 1/2 hours. Perfect getaway home complete with a perfect host!

All's well that ends well

The home and back yard were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The location is close to many activities. The home had everything we needed and was very clean. Our only issue occurred before arrival. We had booked 5 months in advance and shortly before our trip we found out there was a double booking. Unfortunately we were bumped. The other party ended up cancelling and the home became available again but at a higher rate. Since we had not found anything as perfect for our needs we rebooked. We were not disappointed in the home or the location but felt the original price should have been honored. Even with the confusion of the double booking and the increased rate I would highly recommend this home!!! You will not be disappointed in your choice.

Excellent location

We were in town for a local event. The location of the property couldn't have been more perfect. The house had every amenity that we could have wanted and a beautiful outdoor space. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great place to stay

I wish I could take this house with me! It is very nicely laid out, roomy, comfortable, nicely furnished. Very nice all around. Nice patio..Nice neighborhood. I didn’t think I was going to like the 15 miles or so drive to Zion each morning...but it was perfect! The drive is so pretty! I wouldn’t change a single thing about our stay here.

Great house in a fantastic location.

We were only able to stay one night, but wish we had more time here. This house is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to spread out and make ourselves at home after a long day of traveling. The backyard is gorgeous with a beautiful view. Incredibly close to Zion, and in a quiet neighborhood. As other reviewers noted, it is right next to a mobile home community, but the area is well maintained, clean, and appears to be safe. We really enjoyed being able to park in the garage to unload and load the car when young kids were involved. Thanks again!

Perfect stay

This was a father-son week of hiking and outdoor activities and this house made the perfect base for us. The house is spacious, clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this one.

Diamond in the Rough

First let me start out with the negatives... the neighborhood leading up to the house looks a bit rough. As we were driving in, there were a bunch of run down homes and trailers. My wife gave me a look, like "what did you get us in to?". With that said, that's where the negatives stop. This house was clean. It had a big backyard. It would make a great entertaining spot. You're pretty close to everything you would want (except wine, but that's the fault of the state). The bed was comfortable. You're close to Zion, and in a great location to start off your visit to any of the surrounding parks. Nicer hotels in the area wanted even more than this place. We'll probably be back for the same event next year, and will very likely be staying at this same house (if it's available).

Wonderful Stay for a Zion National Park Trip

Most of the homes/rooms fill up in Zion National Park area quickly or if there are any left the price is really high. This was a quick 25 minute drive to Zion. It was a great stay with all of the perfect accommodations! House was super clean and our host communicated with us quickly along with shooting over great suggestions for our stay. Overall would recommend this place without a problem.

Disappointed no bikes as advertised

We were disappointed because we chose this property over another property which was closer to Zion because they advertised having 2 e bikes for use with the home. When we arrived there were no ebikes . When I contacted to find out why they said they were not available but being used elsewhere. Very disappointed since this was the reason we selected the home. The home itself is beautiful and well stocked. Had no issues with the rest of the rental.

Perfect Zion Vacation Home

The house was perfect for our stay as we were on vacation at Zion National Park! We each got our own room at half the price of a hotel. The place was conveniently located about 30 minutes from the park entrance which made for an easy commute. Our one and only issue was finding some long hairs in the master bathroom. Otherwise this would have easily been a 5 star house.

Amazing Slice of Heaven

My family and I loved this property. The property was a short 20 minute drive to Zion and perfect place to get away from the crowds! The property was clean and had so many little extras. Really great place after long days in Zion! We will be back❤️

It's a beautiful home that's close to lots of adventure and fun in the great outdoors. This location is a perfect place for a quiet vacation of hiking and exploring on your own, or if your ready for some more advanced activity, let us set you up with our local experienced guide for some awesome Rock Climbing, Canyoneering, Ebiking, and Mountain Biking! Head out for a full, half day, or just a few hours to places only the locals know of, to enjoy the beauty of this area!

We have e-bikes at the house upon request for $25.00 per hour, that you can take out on your own, along with a map of trails you can ride on starting out right from from the VRBO home! (Maps are available)

Remember to reserve your activities and toys ahead of time, for guaranteed availability!
