Family get away to the Cape

Just a great location, and a very comfortable place. We loved the porch bed and chair. We are looking forward to returning.

The apartment was beautiful. From decor to the wood finishes. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds. The hot tub was beautiful outside when the tub lights were on and it was snowing. Great experience. Will be back with the kids in the summer to enjoy all the amenities.

Great location

Everything about The Lotus was just as described. We loved the location, although our weather didn't really cooperate we really loved the peaceful setting. We would highly recommend!

The apartment was lovely, the weather was perfect, and our host was really great about providing information (VERY detailed online guide, thank you!!!) and checking in that we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked (2 kinds of coffee machines and coffee/tea and cooking implements), the furniture/beds are very comfy and in great condition, and the sheets/towels/bedding are all high quality and plentiful. We spent half the weekend sitting out of the porch and decompressing-- there is a hanging daybed and an egg chair with a lovely view of the yard and a tiny slice of Minister's Pond. It was so relaxing and it felt like everything was covered that we might need for our stay. As a few others have mentioned, this is an apartment in a multi-story house, which means there are footsteps and occasionally voices overhead, but it did not interfere with our stay at all. If you are looking for total privacy or to feel a bit more isolated, it may make sense to check out one of her other properties. For those trying to pick an area on the Cape, Eastham is a great location for exploring--it is about 30 minutes from Provincetown (we usually go to Mac's for a nice dinner) and there are beaches, hikes, and restaurants nearby (we loved 3 Fools for a casual lunch and Sunbird for two brunches). Overall, a wonderful weekend!

Very Comfy Cozy

The cleanliness, privacy and hot tub was the best part. We loved our stay here. Plenty of towels and the spa robes were a bonus, especially with the hot tub. The host was great. We plan to return in September. Thank you so much!

Lotus stay

Absolutely amazing!!! Very clean seems like you are walking in to your own home. Hot tub was superb the dock was amazing!!! Short drive to a couple great golf courses as well as beeches!!!

The property is as described and as you see in the photos. It was nice and clean, lots of nice attention to detail, very pretty, a lovely and relaxing setting. Quiet. Easy to find, easy parking. Nice view of the pond through the trees. We enjoyed having coffee on the swing on the back patio. Nauset Light Beach was nearby and easy to pop over to. Convenient to Route 6. Tara was super nice and responsive. Appreciated the little touches (like cotton swabs and cotton pads in bathroom, coffee and tea, little sample sizes of various spa-like things). Really appreciated that linens and towels were provided since that seems to not be the standard on the Cape. We loved our stay at the Lotus and would stay again.

This place was fantastic! The location was great! I loved going down to the dock every morning to wake up. The hot tub was relaxing after a day on the beach. And the local restaurants were fabulous! We would totally go there again!

Perfect Stay!

This is a great vacation spot, right on Ministers Pond, Kayaks, Canoes, Bikes all at our finger tips. The place is nicely furnished , clean and up to date . Great outdoor shower and ambiance on the patio. Central air conditioning which is a MUST for us. The best part was the outdoor covered porch that faces the pond. We spent a lot of time out there, just relaxing. Tara is an amazing host, very very reactive to your needs....could not find the broom, BOOM, there was a broom in no time outside our door...great customer service. Cant wait to come back!! Thanks to both Tara and Chip for a great vacation.

Fun at Lotus House

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lotus. Very convenient location to beaches and restaurants. Lovely 2 bedrooms with special touches. The pond is beautiful and we loved the fire pit. We shall return.

Great stay!

My friend and I stayed for a girls weekend away and had a great time! We loved the cleanliness of the property and its location. It has a beautiful backyard with a pond! We especially loved the small outdoor deck. It is difficult to tell from the pictures, but it is a lower level of a home, so there are other people and cars around. We did not hear anyone or any pets, though! It felt like we were the only ones there. Perfect weekend away!

Oasis

The Lotus was perfect for my solo getaway. The view of the pond was beautiful, the unit was immaculate, and the snacks and spa amenities were such an amazing touch. Close to beaches and restaurants, I already can’t wait to book again.

Perfect Getaway

Property was beautiful and pristine clean. Perfect for swinging by the beach and exploring surrounding towns. After a day out, it was nice to sit on the dock and watch the water. We actually had a spa night thanks to the complimentary amenities. The property had everything you needed to enjoy. It was a perfect getaway.

Well-equipped!

We were so pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with the typical items you might need, and all the necessities for a campfire were provided, too! We enjoyed sitting on the dock tremendously. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Karoo!
