Chatham Seaside Cottage - Oceanfront Beach Cottage - Spectacular Views

On over two acres of Oceanfront, 'Bayberry and Seadaisy Cottages at Ridgevale Beach face the temperate waters of Nantucket Sound. It is ideally situated at Ridgevale Beach and the mouth of 'Buck's Creek' a beautiful tidal estuary offering great swimming, boating, and shellfishing, as well as spectacular views. Shorebirds, from tiny Sanderlings to the Great Blue Heron, are frequent visitors. The Sundeck provides a relaxing spot for enjoying it all.

Inside, each window frames a portrait of open ocean, river, or salt marsh. The cottage is heated, and comfortably furnished with fireplaced living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, and bath. SMART CABLE TV, WIRELESS INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING and outdoor gas grills and KAYAKS are also provided. In addition, the cottage has a private outdoor shower, a simple and delicious pleasure after a day on the beach.

We are open year round, and between November and March, are treated to fantastic ocean sunsets! For summertime, reservations are necessary well in advance. The cottages are rented out by the week from Saturday to Saturday from June to the end of September. In the quieter off-seasons, we can often accommodate guests on short notice.

The Bayberry Cottage was perfect for our family of 5 Thanksgiving weekend getaway. Scott was unbelievable helpful, communicative, and attentive. You cannot beat this location and the views, even in during the off-season. Our family will never forget the memories at this cozy cottage, which had all the amenities we needed.

Scott was very helpful and welcoming. He was easy to communicate with and responsive to all texts. Couldn't ask for a thing more.The cottage was well furnished and stocked for cooking. Everything was in working order and was clean and spacious for our party of 3. It was so cozy and comfortable and perfect for a fall girls retreat! The cottage was in a perfect location with an amazing sunset view, which was the highlight of our day. The three of us had a fantastic time and are planning to return next year to this beautiful and peaceful place. Thank you Scott.

Amazing cottages!! We absolutely love the Cape and staying at Chatham Seaside Cottages made it even better. We made a fire every night and enjoyed how relaxing our place was. We have stayed in many rentals and this was probably the cleanest place we have stayed in. Scott (the owner) checked in on our comfort and needs every day. The views are truly amazing. We will be back and look forward to staying at the cottages again. Thank you Scott for everything. You made our trip even more memorable.

We experienced the Nor’easter all cozy in the adorable cottage. Scott couldn’t be nicer and this cottage is in the perfect location to enjoy the stellar views of the ocean & marshes. I can’t recommend this location any higher.

PARADISE !Our stay at the Seadaisy Cottage was everything we could have hoped for and more ! The Cottage was charming, clean and well stocked with breathtaking views !Scott and Ann were very Gracious Hosts and could not have been nicer. Scott checked in often to make sure we were ok. And Ann even gave me seeds from her garden, which I look forward to planting in the Spring !We have been coming to The Cape for years and this was by far the most special place we have ever stayed. We will be back !

We stayed at Bayberry Cottage last week. The cottage was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could walk there easily. Ann and Scott were excellent hosts! Very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. It was one of the best rentals I have stayed in and will return! Thank you Ann and Scott for a lovely Cape Cod vacation!

This is the Place!

This seaside cottage was perfect for our mother/daughter’s trip! Scott and Ann’s hospitality was over the top. The location and views can’t be beat. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs and walking on the beach. You can stop your search now and book this cottage before it’s gone.

Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage was supplied with everything we needed. It was a perfect getaway to reconnect and have some much needed family time. Scott gave us amazing food recommendations and tips on the best time to kayak We loved everything about our stay and hope to visit again..

Best rental stay

This is the second time we've stayed at the cottage. The location and views are spectacular. Right on the beach so you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Close to shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back in the fall.Scott was a gracious host. He communicated with us before the visit, had helpful tips when we arrived, and checked in during our stay.

Location, location, location!

I cannot say enough about the location of this rental. Right on the beach, with gorgeous sunsets every night. And the proximity to downtown Chatham is great. The house is cozy, and has everything you might need for a longer stay. The owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and periodically checked in with us to see if we needed anything. It was a bit chilly in April, and the extra blankets came in handy. I would definitely recommend this rental.

What a spot! I would rate it higher if I could!

Absolutely gorgeous location. Amazing hosts. Great for kids, lots of creatures around at low tide. Perfectly clean house, everything in good working order. We will go back!

Fantastic Stay at the Cape!

My wife, young kids and I had an absolute blast staying at Scott’s place. Fantastic set up having a great beach right there. Perfect for traveling with kids. Great location just a few minutes from downtown Chatham. Scott was super helpful from check in to check out. He had great recommendations on where to go and what to do. We will look to make this an annual trip.

Wonderful place, wonderful cottage, and outstanding manager

This is a lovely place, very near to a very nice beach. The cottage has everything you may need. It is extremely clean and very well equiped. Scott (the owner) is a lovely person, who took care of us and was great!!! He gave us very nice tips where to go and what to do. Do not hesitate, if you wish to be in a cottage in Cape Cod...this is the place!!! we will be coming for one week during the fall...

Cozy beach cottage

Location, location, location - cottage is located a few steps from a beach with views of the water (tidal inlet, saltwater marsh, and Nantucket Sound) on three sides. Cottage was clean; beds were comfortable and the views were great. Thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk along the tidal pools, watch the various water fowl, and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Friends Getaway

This was an adorable little property right on the beach. It was renovated but kitchen is still dated. It IS comfortable and homey. Beds were comfy and shower was amazing. It fit our needs really well. Beautiful walks on the beach, fantastic weather and Chatham did not disappoint in charm and accessibility. We loved being here and it was charming and fun. Thank you!
