BOOK NOW FOR 2025 SEASON!! DON'T MISS OUT! Cozy lakefront home located at the Lake Of the Ozarks 8 mm near Laurie, Mo in the South Buck Creek Cove. Enjoy this fully furnished home with 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms + loft bedroom + queen pullout couch) and 2 baths. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Large deck with plenty of seating to take in the great view of the lake while grilling. Situated in a family friendly cove with deep water. Perfect for your family/friends vacation. Close to local grocery stores, golf course, movie theater, and restaurants. The private dock has a covered slip (up to 24') for your boat/PWC, as well as room for you to enjoy all of your lakeside outdoor activities; fishing, swimming , kayaking, or just enjoying the relaxed setting. Enjoy this home any time of the year as the lake offers 4 distinct seasons, each one bringing a refreshing change of pace.
We do not rent our home to host events like bachelor/bachelorette parties. Reservations are considered confirmed when signed contract is received.- Thank you for considering our home!

Very easy to get to. The gravel road down to the house is probably the nicest lake road I have ever seen. We had more than enough parking and had even more if we needed it. The house was as advertised and we really enjoyed the back porch as it runs the length of the back of the house. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The dock and cove were just fine for us and our group of 10 people. A lot of boaters used our cove as a place to anchor and hang out, so that was pretty fun as well. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would book again.

Best cove at the lake

We needed extra bedrooms for our family and this property provides it. Spotless inside and a large deck and dock for boats and fun in the water. Loft steps are a bit steep so plan accordingly.

We had a wonderful time for our family girls trip!! Being right on the water with access to the dock was wonderful! The entire house was extremely clean!!!! Only downside was the steep driveway for parking (there is other parking available with stairs to get to the house) and the pictures did make the house look a little bit bigger than it was in person.

Owner was super helpful with specific directions on checking in and all the amenities. Our group had a great time at Whit’s End and would definitely stay again! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large family.

Nice and very clean, cool air, plenty of room, easy check-in. Perfect space for us, in a nice cove so the kids could swim. We had plenty of supplies and no needs. We would stay again!

Lake Time

The location of this home on the lake was amazing. The cove was great for floating and relaxing. Has plenty of outdoor and indoor space for our group of 10. The Property Manager was great to work with and quick to response to my questions. The steep stairs to the loft were the only downer but didn’t ruin the trip. I would stay here again!

This was our first time staying at this property, and it was just a perfect setup for our family of 10. The house was fully furnished with everything we would want for a lake vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the large deck. It was perfect for all our family meals, game time, and just visiting. Loved the fact that there were very few stairs from the deck down to the dock. The cove was nice and quiet.

This was a lovely home to rent! The cove was very family friendly and easy to swim as well as float around. The house you could tell was well cleaned and maintained. Wonderful setting for our family get together and looking forward to coming back again!!

Nice lake getaway

Positives/To be celebrated: This property offers great water enjoyment on the lake- including fishing, kayaking, and general swimming with inner tubes and the floating Lilly pad for kids. The owners have several games offered for family fun around the living room. We enjoyed this very much. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Could be better/Better managed: The stairs to the loft were much steeper than photos convey online and were a bit of a safety hazard for my young nephew and niece. This communication would be helpful. I might suggest using fly traps somewhere as there were a fair amount of flies in the house when we arrived. Would also suggest having more of the cobwebs cleaned off of the porch furniture and dock before guests arrive, but realize it’s also nature and there’s only so much you can do. The guests before our stay smoked on the property and there were cigarette butts around the grounds, unfortunately. Hard to see unless looking more closely so I can understand why the cleaning crew missed this. Overall, it was a very nice time to spend with family and enjoy the kayaks + dock for lots of fishing. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Nice place to stay!

This was a great place to stay, the pictures make it look bigger than it really was, and the only downside was that the dock only had three deck chairs for a house that sleeps 12. I would definitely recommend increasing that as it’s not conducive to using the dock with a large group. Also, the coffee pot is only to be used with bottled water but I didn’t see that anywhere prior to checking in—-would have been helpful. Location was great and easy access to grocery stores. Overall, we would consider staying here again… But the chairs issue was somewhat frustrating.

The cove location was great for swimming & floating. The large deck and plenty of outdoor seating was another plus! However, the parking was tight and the loft stairway was steep. Would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

My family and I loved this property. It had plenty of space so it didn’t feel crowded. The area was great for fishing. We also really enjoyed all of the outdoor seating so we could all sit together. :)

Whit's End A Winner

Our three families--6 adults, 6 children ages 4 - 14--had a wonderful week at Whit's End. The home accommodated the twelve of us easily, the location on the lake was great. Besides a quiet cove for swimming and relaxing, it is easily accessible to rentals of pontoons or jet skis. The large deck provided ample space for meals, games, and relaxation.

Amazing rental next to the water.

House was clean, beds comfortable and well equipped. Walk to the doc was easy. Parking was tight but doable. Laurie is a small town near and has everything we needed - like big grocery store and few other stores. Boat doc is within 10 miles of the rental. Short boat ride to a few local restaurants. The owner is quick to answer questions. Check in was easy. The cove is quiet and just be a local favorite because on the weekend bigger boats would come in - park and swim. It was nice to be near the back of the cove - make kayaking and paddle boarding a little safer. The owner had life jackets and other water toys available if needed. We didn’t use them because we had our own. Definitely would stay again. Ty

Perfect Cove

Perfect location on the lake for touring with a boat then swimming, floating and kayaking off of a very nice dock The home was spacious with comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. The deck had many chairs and the grill very clean. I would recommend this home.

Good location

The use of the dock/kayaks was really nice. The house is nice and in a great location. The only downfall is the stairs to the loft, these are very steep so not suitable for older individuals. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The renting process was easy. Searched on the website and found the perfect home for our family to stay at. Any questions I had were quickly answered through email.
