Great Lake of the Ozarks vacation spot for families or friends.
Perfect for a family vacation or a girls/guys getaway.

This welcoming home is 2000 square feet, and located on the Gravios Arm of the lake. It sleeps 10-13 people. We have three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs with two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The floor plan is a great fit for more than one family or multiple generations.
Kitchen, 50" television and living room upstairs with a 50ā€ TV and wet bar downstairs. Often, the adults like to congregate upstairs with younger groups hang out downstairs, Both places have gorgeous views of the lake.

Conveniently located off of O Road near Laurie, the Lake House sits as close to the water as you can get. The patio is right outside the slider door: no hills or steep steps to get to the dock, where a 12' x 26' slip is included, along with a 8' X 32' swim dock, plus a jetski dock.
Catfish and crappie can be caught off the dock, and fishing is excellent throughout the Gravios Arm. There is a small boat ramp near the house, and a large public boat ramp in Gravios Mills where you can launch your jet ski or boat.

Great restaurants such as Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Lake Burger within driving and boating distance. Shopping, caves, hiking all within a short drive. We will be happy to provide suggestions for boat rentals, restaurants, and lake attractions! Additionally, the house is just minutes away from grocery store, movie theater, bowling, an arcade, park and indoor swimming pool.

The boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing are fantastic, along with spectacular sunrises.

We have gas and charcoal grills. We provide gas, but you will need to bring your own charcoal.

The Lake House is a family friendly spot to create memories you will remember fondly for years to come. We are not the spot for wild parties.

This house is right next door to another home the exact size and layout. Each house is stand alone and has its own screened porch and downstairs patio. They share some common areas and a bridge to the dock. Two full size docks have been built together, each with separate swim platforms. Perfect for large groups and family reunions. Property owner was very helpful, and even suggested changing weekends, as the weather forecast was pretty accurately wet and soggy! But it's difficult to coordinate two families schedules, so we stuck with the original plans. It was a little wet and cloudy, but yhe house is perfect for two families - and even better for playing games, fishing off the dock and making lasting memories!

My family and I stayed for a week at this wonderful property on the lake. House was clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable away from home. The host were excellent with communication and helpful with any questions. We definitely hope to return next year!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at this house on the lake. We were able to do our boating, use our canoe and kayaks, the kids got to ski and tube. This was a great place to use with the sister unit Next door. We had five families who were comfortable between the two units. Plenty of room to gather or find a quiet place. The Jolly Roger Cruise was a fun adventure for adults and children. Frankie and Louieā€™s and Coconutā€™s were a short boat ride away. The units were both ready for our week of fun. Thanks for a great place to make memories with our extended family.

Awesome lake house

We had a great time in this beautiful Lake house. Well stoked and very comfortable for 2 families and a dog. We really recommend it and we will definitely come back!! Host was very helpful and friendly.

Family friendly Vrbo

Wonderful place for family bonding and fun! Our group had 7 adults, 2 pre-teens, 2 kids @ 4 years, and one infant and all of us slept comfortably. 3 bathrooms available too! Got a little crowded around the kitchen but it never bothered us, we made it work. Cozy up and downstairs TV watching areas. No yard but a nice floating pier where you could swim, sunbathe and fish (fishing requires a license). Also, if you rent a boat, thereā€™s a place to dock it at the pier. 2 grills available for cooking out! Last but not least, the basil plant by the front door was a nice little perk! Would you like some fresh basil to go with that tomato sandwich? Yes, please!

Perfect for our two families

We had the best time! There was plenty of space for 5 kids and 4 adults. We swam, watched the sunset from the screened in porch, fished and loved every minute of our stay. Perfect location and property!

I couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to stay for my family. It was peaceful, fun, beautiful and an absolutely perfect trip. The house felt like absolute home. We plan to stay again. Great Location with Lots of Space

Family Vacation

This property is great for families and/or extended families. The multiple bed rooms and bedding configuration was perfect for our extended family getaway. It has great views of the lake as well as a nice doc for the kids (and adults) to swim off of. Elizabeth was great to work with and very responsive.

Nice Location on the Lake

The house was in a good location on the lake and had plenty of fun pool toys for the lake along with a foosball table and air hockey. We were a little disappointed that there were so many DVDs in the cabinet but no DVD player to watch any of them on the TV. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, once again!

We stayed here last summer for a family vacation, and decided to come back this year for my 41st birthday with friends. Elizabeth was amazing and accommodating as usual, and the property was comfortable, well equipped, clean, and perfect for our group of 9. Thanks again for hosting us, weā€™ll be back again for sure!

Great Time. Super Accommodating Host!

We had a great time! Elizabeth was super accommodating and very informative. Very responsive throughout the whole trip. The house was just the right amount of rooms for our group. Great location that was really close to restaurants and gas stations by boat and jet ski. Just a few minutes outside of Laurie for grocieries too. We will definitely be visiting again!
