Located in Windy Hill Beach this 10 story condominium complex offers 63 oceanfront condos each with direct oceanfront views and direct access to the beach, indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, sundecks, two private walkways to the beach, and the city of North Myrtle Beach's handicap/wheelchair beach access ramp is located at the south end of the building.

Great location on the beach

This condo made for a great vacation experience. The condo was so nicely decorated that it was so comfortable. It was home away from home. It had the necessities to - coffee pot, Kcup or regular pot, tv, and wi-fii.

Great Stay

After a few bad experiences with lodging, this was our first stay in North Myrtle Beach in several years. Being a little skeptical of returning to the Myrtle Beach area, we booked unit 304 at Waterpointe I for four nights and we were not disappointed. The condo is furnished well, clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The building is older but was very well-maintained. I never saw one grain of sand in the lobby as it was always kept spotless. As for location, it was great. WP I is in a predominant residential area so there was never much vehicle traffic. My wife and I rode our bikes nearly every night without any problems. There's a bike rack on location as well. We highly recommend the condo.

Wonderful experience ready to come again!

We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived! Everyone in the building is always so friendly and nice! Everything is so convenient and close by. The view of the ocean and short walk to the beach everyday is wonderful. Canā€™t wait to come back next year!! We always look forward to our stay here every year!

Great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Looked exactly like the photos. Easy access to the beach and pools. A bit of a wait at check-in for elevators and carts, but nothing excessive. Checking out was very easy. We didn't realize we would need to park across the street until after we booked, but it was a minor inconvenience. All in all, we would happily stay again without hesitation.

What a wonderful place to stay,we have going to Waterpoint 1 for years and we love it there. We have stayed in various condos and have never had a complaint. We just stayed in condo 304 and I just loved it, very well equipped comfy beds.It was very clean and welcoming. Randy and Debbie are Awesome people and they are very attentive to any concerns or information on things to do.They even have little craft nights in the lobby. Beautiful Condo with great ocean views

Our new favorite vacation spot at Myrtle Beach. The booking and check-in were seamless. Parking was easy! The condo is beautiful and the views from the balcony are great! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the Keurig. Thoroughly enjoyed the comfy couch and the recliner was my husbands favorite spot. The master bed had a very firm foam mattress so not our favorite for comfort but that is personal choice. So many eateries nearby and there is a Starbucks less then a mile away! Oftentimes vacation rentals have limited cable access but we had a wide variety of channels PLUS Netflix/Hulu access and the internet was great! We loved it so much we have already booked a stay at one of the other condos managed by Happy Crab Vacations for spring Break. We will be back AGAIN and AGAIN!

The place was very clean as we had seen someone always cleaning and sanitizing. Our unit was also clean and nice remodeled. We enjoyed the family-friendly area with no issues or complaints. Definitely recommend this unit and facility.
