This beachfront condo offers a private balcony with breathtaking Gulf and beach views, spacious accommodations, a fully-equipped kitchen, and everything you may need to have the time of your life. The popular resort offers amenities for everyone, including pools, a hot tub, covered parking, and on-site dining options.

Via the direct beach access, you will find beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, parasailing, and much more. Less than two miles away, you will want to spend time splashing the day away at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Less than one mile away, you will find fun for the whole family at Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park.

Things to Know
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
As per an HOA regulation, rentals in Panama City, FL may only be rented and booked by an individual who is 25 years or older.
An elevator is in the building.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 10.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Family trip

Beautiful views and condo in a perfect location!

We had an amazing time here and the place is perfectly located with lots of amenities. We also loved the ease of parking and the luggage carts to make moving in and out so easy. The beach access is great and we loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset and listen to the ocean. It’s continently located next to shopping and restaurant in walking distance.

Lovely place to stay on the beach

I was very impressed with how clean and nice the condo and property were. All the amenities and it rained while we were there so we were able to use the indoor pools and game room and theatre(which I didn’t know was there till I got an email about). The beach access was perfect and parking was a little difficult at times in the garage but overall good experience

Family vacation

We rented this condo for the extra room as our whole family was vacationing together. It was neat and clean but we really didn’t spend much time in it, except to sleep and shower. We would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay.

Had an issue when we first arrived on the property in the parking garage with the attendant, but concerning check in and check out for the condo it was super easy. The Vacasa folks were great at responding and to work with. A few things need to a bit of attention but nothing major. The view from the balcony was fabulous, and the condo was lovely. Had most everything we needed.

This is an amazing place to stay. CLEAN safe. lots of amenities perfect perfect perfect!Would recommend it to anyone. Grills we clean and the commodity. so many great things to say we will book again.!

I will definitely be back!

As a single mother this resort was everything I needed it to be & more! The condo was everything that I expected (as shown in the photos) and more! I am a very particular person when it comes to cleanliness and I was not disappointed in the way the place looked, smelled & it's over all up keep. A little wear & tear on some fixtures but other than that I will definitely be back & hopefully stay in the same condo. The staff at the resort were amazing as well!

Great View!

I was very impressed with the view and how cleaned it smelled when we checked in. My only complaint was the carpet, it was rough walking on it with my bare feet as it was stiff with lots of stains. I would highly recommend that you replace it or remove it. Everything else was GREAT!

Majestic Beach Resort

Nice condo with awesome gulf views. The condo was adequate for our 6 week stay, but the kitchen items could use some updating. We had trouble initially getting into the parking ramp and there was no on-site management company representative to help. There was a new system to checkin for parking and no one seemed be able to help us. We eventually had help from another management company’s representative to get us registered. Hopefully the kinks have been fixed with the process.

Stay away from vascasa rentals

There were lots of issues and unsanitary conditions in this unit and they were not handled quickly and the customer service took most of my time trying to communicate with them and get things taken care of instead of joy and my stay on the beach.

The weather was beautiful. The balcony was nice although cushions on chairs torn, carpet was in real bad shape, dish washer falling forward, the door lock was very difficult to get locked back. Did not feel real safe with that door. Having to give drivers liscense to get a cart for luggage. The garbage can had yuck stinky liquid in it when we pulled the first trash bag out. I cleaned it out dried it and sprayers with cleaner but we loved our days there. Thank you would love to see those things corrected.

I had to call and text twice about problem with unit

Could not get enough hot water to take a bath or utilize the jets for 6 days. That was the reason I paid dearly for the unit. Fan in master bedroom was noisy. Pigeon poop all on the left side of balcony. Cigar butts on the balcony. I was very disappointed about not being able to take a HOT bath.!!!!!!!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The view on the private balcony was incredible. The place was very quiet. We are light sleepers and had no issues, we never heard our neighbors. The condo is even bigger than it appears in the pictures; my family of 3 had plenty of space. We opted to cook dinner each night, all the utensils and pans we needed were supplied. Be sure to bring your own spices and coffee filters as none are provided. This unit is close to the elevator and trash chute which is super convenient (no noise heard from either). Although we opted not to call maintenance, we did have two minor issues: the ice maker leaked into the fridge, creating puddles of water on the shelves. The guest bath drained extremely slow, a quick shower took 10 minutes to drain. The door lock was a little confusing. It is very easy to enter the condo, but we could not figure out how to lock it when we left. On multiple occasions the door was ajar when we returned from a day out. Luckily, I guess that means the place is safe because noone entered the condo while we were gone. Only on the last day of our stay did we figure out that you have to turn the inside knob about 4 times to the left to lock the door fully. Other reviewers complained of the same, so I wish the owner's would consider providing instructions for the lock.

Not worth the $$

Upon arrival I noticed that water was dripping heavily into the fridge. I found a plastic grocery bag wrapped up in the ice dispenser. I fought for a while to get it out but the refrigerator continued to drip and flood inside. The microwave didn't work at all. Maintenance came 2 or 3 days into our stay and left a note that it was broken and they would have a vendor replace. The dishwasher was not installed correctly and pulled lose from the cabinet when you opened the door. The lock on the main entry door is worn and not working properly. Only half of the electrical sockets worked. The lamps didn't turn on in the living room. The TV would not change from the GRIT channel in the master bedroom. The cable would not connect at all in the kids bedroom. So we had 1 working TV, when 3 were advertised. The vent in the kids bathroom was hanging off the ceiling. The jet tub in the master bath was filled with thick black mold all inside the jets. We spent over $2000 to stay here for the week and were honestly disappointed that so many things were wrong. I reached out to vacasa customer service but all they could really offer was an "I'm sorry" and they had the guy come out and tell me the microwave was broken which I had already figured as much. The carpet was pretty stained as well. Just overall, would not recommend.

Decent stay - needs a little TLC

The resort and check-in process was great. Had no issues from reading previous reviews and the staff explained how the parking worked. The description said the room was located on the 23rd floor when it was actually the 10th floor, so an extra elevator ride. The room was decent but needed a little TLC. The carpet in living room had several stains. The TV in the living room kept making a buzzing sound after you turned it off and it seemed like images were burned into it. We just unplugged it just to be safe. The door in the hall bathroom that connected to the hallway room was rigged shut and couldn't be opened, so you could only access it from the hallway. It also didn't have a stopper for the tub. The hallway room wasn't fully cleaned because there was trash under the bottom bunk bed (water bottle, box, something plastic). The closet in the room was a bit difficult to function, so we ended up not using it. The main door didn't shut completely on its own but we knew about this from other reviews. The master bedrooms sheets and mattress cover had stains on them. We had to put the spare sheets on top. The master bathroom tub stopper seemed to be broken and was laid on the side of it and needed some draino because it took a while for the water to go down. The toilet in it didn't flush properly as well and the light in the shower didn't work, so we had to leave the curtain open so we could see. Overall, the property is nice with the pools, amenities, and access to the beach. We did enjoy our time in the unit and everything we mentioned could be fixed with just some attention and proper cleaning prior to someone arriving. None of them required an immediate call to anyone. If these things can be resolved, we would definitely come back again.
