The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 709 is a 3 Bedroom / 2 Ā½ Bathroom condo, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico on Mustang Island. This is an end unit offering ultimate privacy and pure vacation time. The 7th floor offers spectacular views and this unit offers more than just the beachfront balconies, including a balcony facing the wetlands of the bay. Accommodating 8, this spacious 3 bedroom is fully stocked for all of your vacation needs and wants.

Fully equipped and ready for your use, the Kitchen is prepared to make the ease of cooking meals for the family a breeze; and with a lovely view of the ocean to relax you into the vacation you have been desiring. The balcony attached to the living room provides family time for enjoying the view of the Gulf all together. If you want to stay in for the evenings, the Living Area provides a 65" TV for family enjoyment of movies or games for nighttime entertainment while still enjoying the beautiful beachfront view this condo has to offer.

The Master Suite has its' own Private Master Balcony for alone time away from the family and beautiful beachside views straight from bed. This room is large and spacious with furnishings and a full sized closet to help you feel right at home during your Port Aransas beach vacation. The Master Bathroom is attached to the bedroom for ultimate privacy and is very roomy for two. The bathroom offers a beautiful walk in shower for complete accommodation.

There is a Half Bath, or Powder Room, in the Hallway for convenience to the entire group while the guest bathroom is tucked away for use of your guests with close access from their bedrooms. The Second Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and 32" TV ; while the Third Bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a 32" tv . The special feature this corner 3 Bedroom has to offer is the balcony attached to both Guest Bedrooms that looks over the bay area allowing your guests some private and peaceful time of their own.

Great Beach Vacay

From the moment we got to the Sandpiper until we checked out was such a great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The condo was amazing with the best views of the beach! It was perfect for our family of 6.

First Time in Port A

Went to Port A with family and enjoyed our stay in the unit. View was great on the 7th floor. Everything was updated and clean. Easy access to the beach which was super handy.

Off the beaten path. Lovely!

We had a wonderful stay! Family of 7- 2 Parents and 5 kids, all ages. Very comfy accommodations with excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Loved all of the balconies! Great view of the beach and ocean. Very clean and fully stocked with towels, dishes, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, etc... Front desk check in was a breeze! The staff were helpful and friendly! Donā€™t bother bringing beach towels bc the front desk supplies all the towels you need! Short boardwalk provided easy access to the beach. Nice pool. Well-maintained common areas. Highly recommend this property.

It was better than we expected!

Overall it was a wonderful time! There isnā€™t one thing we could think of that had a negative impact on our stay. We had a difficult time figuring out the televisions in the evenings for the kiddos, but it didnā€™t hinder our enjoyment.

Spring Break

We are from Northeast Indiana and traveled 20 hours to this property. The check in process was seamless and the staff were nice and helpful. This location is at least 8 - 10 miles away from Port Aransas and Padre Island. The beach was full of debris, trash, and Portuguese Man O War. Shells are small and mostly broken. We were there the first week in April and the weather was not the best. It was cloudy, super windy, and foggy. Not a lot of beach or pool time. The jets in the hot tub did not work at the same time and cold water came out of the jets. Also, the hot tub timer was so loud and squealing. We tried grilling out one night on the deck and all the burners need replaced on the grills. Only one grill worked with half a burner. The unit was great and had everything we needed! The only downfall was that the oven temperature was hotter than it was set too. We really enjoyed the balconies. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and so was the couch. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!
