High Tide Hacienda GW103 is a fabulous home, located in the oceanfront Gulf Waters Resort! Offering 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. On the first floor, you will find a king bedroom with a set of twin bunks, a spacious family room and full bathroom. Upstairs is the kitchen, main living room, and 3 bedrooms. One king bedroom and one queen, both with patios showcasing the beautiful views. The third bedroom will have a queen bed. Come cook your catch of the day in the well equipped kitchen! This spacious home is just steps to the boardwalk and has unobstructed beach views. You will see this home offers the perfect setting for a one of a kind family vacation! Book today and begin your escape! Per HOA: No boats, trailers or street parking at the home. There are a maximum of 4 cars allowed at this property. If you choose to rent a golf cart it must be rented from Port A Beach Buggies at (restrictions apply, see below for more information and details) Sorry, no pets. STR#200104764

Perfect home for family time. Everyone had their own space and time together. The sunrises from the balcony were stunning. Beach access was super close. We loved our time here and wish it could have been longer..... we didn't want it to end!

The glass enclosed balcony is such a wonderful thing. As you enter the living area on the upper story, the glass offers such a wonderful view of the gulf. Everything working as it should and right on the money with the listing's descriptions. Great communication with the property mgmt. Will definitely try to return next summer!

Beachfront Paradise

Absolutely loved this location and the unobstructed views of the water. We were so close we could hear the ocean waves. The boardwalk is close and provides beach access by foot and golf cart.

Literally a 3 minute walk across the private boardwalk to the beach! Having the community pool was amazing as well! Golf cart rental was delivered right to the office for us and a discount from that company was offered to guests staying in this resort area! Highly recommend!

The beach is in the back yard!

We wanted a property that was as close as possible to the beach and we found it. There was plenty of room, a shared porch to watch the waves, and we had everything we needed in the place.

Another relaxing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It seemed the sand dunes were raised because we could not see as much of the people and carts on the beach like previous years. The house is in good shape and the outdoor furniture had new cushions. Within Gulf Waters I was pulled over by a security guard in a golf cart because he did not see the pass on my dash. Had one issue w beeping smoke alarms and the PAE maintenance crew came and fixed it quickly. We took in Mardi Gras parades in Aransas Pass, North Padre Island and Port A. It was a good stay.

The beds are comfortable and the floor plan is perfect with a large bedroom, bathroom and living area downstairs for the kids and bedrooms upstairs for adults. We stayed with another family for a week and our time flew by bc we had such a blast. The community is great and beach is super close! We rented a golf cart which was perfect for beach access and exploring the coast! Thank you for a hidden gem and fabulous vacation full of amazing memories!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was just like it looks in the pics. Nothing deceiving. Clean, open spaces, fantastic location right on the beach. Had everything we needed and then some. Even had plenty of sand toys and a gas and charcoal grill. Only slight downside is having to navigate your way through the RV park to get there. It could get confusing at times and had to dodge kids and people walking to the beach, but I did enjoy looking at all the nice RV spots. Book it, you won't regret it.
