The beautiful kitchen, off the dining room, allows ample space to prepare a delicious home cooked meal to enjoy with friends or family! A spacious living room area, and finished basement, equipped with ping pong and foosball, offers plenty of entertainment for guests to enjoy, after a long day out exploring! The large patio and outdoor seating area is the perfect setup for a BBQ on a warm summer night! Best of all, this home possesses nearly an acre of land, surrounded by beautiful trees for natural shade, and a expanded yard, great for the kiddos to play, while you enjoy a cocktail!

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
