Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains at an elevation of 2250 feet, you'll find 8 miles of hiking trails across 138 acres of lush, mature forest. Enjoy an abundance of wildlife and connect with nature, all while being close to state parks and outdoor activities. Come experience the vibrant fall foliage , sunrise in the picturesque view or watch Perseid meteor showers.

The history was responsive to needs and easy to reach before and during our trip. The house had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We only had to bring our own food and personal toiletries. The view was amazing and exactly as expected from the photos provided. The area was secluded and quiet, which made for a much needed peaceful weekend.

Warm and cozy, plenty of room to be comfortable with a large dog. Amazing views as always! A home away from home with allThe conveniences. Wanted to hike the trails, but my dog wasn’t a fan of of the deeper snow, despite his long legs. Having stayed here in the summer, I know the woods and trails would have been beautiful.

Loved watching the deer in the field

The house had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The deck gave breathtaking views especially at sunrise.

The view from this house was so beautiful. I loved waking up and watching the sun rise. Our dogs had a blast on the property playing frisbee and walking the trails. We had a fire in the wood burning stove, it was so cozy.

Beautiful View In Wellsville

It was originally going to be just the dog and me on a mini vacation. circumstances arose and my 14 year old son joined us. We had a blast hiking during the day and watching movies and playing games at night.Fun was had by all.

Relaxation

Cozy cabin with beautiful views. Enjoyed the wildlife daily, and the host was amazing and very helpful. Nice quiet serene get away for relaxing away from the rat race.

The property was excellent! Very comfortable and relaxing. The Beef Haus in Wellsville is a great local restaurant, but the barbecue grill on the back porch was an excellent way to enjoy some good food as well.

5 Star! Peace And Quiet, Great View

The property and cabin are beautiful and well maintained. The view of the night sky and sunrise is massive and wide open. The grounds are quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for the dogs to run, comfy deck and furniture, great tv, nice, hot water, great fire pit and pond!

Wonderful stay for a long weekend with 2 senior dogs with a lot of space to roam. With deep appreciation Marilyn, for sharing the stunning views, very comfy and cozy accommodations stocked with everything I needed. Top of my "visit" again list for sure!

Beautiful view!!

Very accurate to listing. Property was perfect for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend and dogs. Beautiful views even in snowy weather. Lisa is AMAZING!!! We had a small accident and she replied and came to help very quickly!!! Could not have asked for a better weekend! Town of Wellsville is beautiful as well.

Quiet and relaxing

The cottage was very quiet. The view was outstanding. We enjoyed watching the deer in the field in the morning and evening. Wellsville is only 12 minutes away so we could still make a quick trip into town if needed. We would definitely like to come back in the future.

First White Christmas

It was just a describe. Quiet, peaceful and the cabin was cute and cozy wonderful view. We had a fantastic time sledding and playing in the snow. The host was awesome we got into town late and she made sure the lights weren’t on for us also made sure the drive way was plowed for accessibility. Thank you
