Communal pool, three tennis courts, petanque and volleyball court are also in this nice quiet secured domain.
A supermarket, bakery and chemist can be found only a few minutes walk away. The historic villages of Valbonne & Biot are five minutes drive, only 4 kilometers away. Valbonne has many lovely shops, nice restaurants and holds a weekly Farmer's Market on Friday morning. There you can find wonderful delicious vegetables and lovely clothing. Biot is known for its pottery and glass blowing. The location of this villa is perfect for touring and exploring the local area. Many Golf courses is only 10-15 minutes away.

We have 3 tennis courts on the domain that can be used for free. Do not forget to bring your rackets.
Do you play golf? For the golf enthusiasts there is lots to do. You easy find many golf courses - 10 of which are within 15 km (Valbonne, Biot, Cannes, Mougins, Sophia Antipolis, Le Rouret, Opio, Grasse...) Tip: well known golf course Opio-Valbonne golf course is only 5 minutes away.

Location: French Riviera - in Provence - Cote d'Azur. Is conveniently situated 20 min drive from Nice airport, and only 10-15 min from the sandy beaches at Antibes and Cannes.
Tip from a guest: You can perfectly well do without a car at least one week. We took the bus No. 200 from the airport to Gare Biot (Biots train station) and waited for bus 10 which goes towards Valbonne. If one is to Antibes bus costs 2:50 euro from Val d'Azur. No car chaos and no parking problems.
