What makes this property special. The answers are; location, beds(king size), TV area and, the owners do not live on or adjacent to the property .
Firstly, I would say around 80% of BnB rentals have the owners who live on the property or right next to it. We are neither. You dont have to feel like you are being watched over.
Second, Location! The cottage is just minutes from Downtown Fairhope and the Grand Hotel(we get a lot of wedding guests), but you feel like you are in the country. If you are up for a beach vacation, the Gulf is only 44min. The property has a big backyard and large privacy fences on both sides. Behind the cottage is a horse field.
I love a good TV watching area! The cottage has this. Nice couch and enough seating for the family. Most rentals have TV mounted high up on the wall. Not here. The TV is mounted on the wall at eye level, so you are to straining your neck just to watch TV. After a long day of playing, it nice to come back and watch a good show or movie. If you are up for using your streaming accounts, the wifi is very fast!

And Lastly, an important part of the VRBO experience is the beds. The cottage has king size beds in two of the rooms.

After that long day of playing hard, if you dont want to go out to eat, the kitchen has everything you need. All of the essentials. Even a gas range.

The cottage has a washer and gas dryer. This comes in handy for our long term guests.

Pet free, so you dont have to worry about allergies or pet dander

Are you in town for a wedding or event and have 5 people needing a shower to get ready? The cottage has a new oversized gas water heater to provide plenty of hot water(cold showers are the worst).

Lets just get this out of the way..cleanliness. This is what is on everyones mind, with good reason. We have high expectations on ourselves to provide our guests a clean place to stay. We do our best to have the place spotless.

The cottage has a covered putting green, a pictionary game with dry erase board, bocce ball, cornhole, croquet, and some kids board games...all great for keeping the kids occupied.

Fine dinning restaurant, Char 32, is within walking distance across the street in the Point Clear Tennis Club.

Brand new Publix grocery store is less than five minutes away. No stop lights on the way to Publix.
