An Ocean Lakes vacation beach house overlooking the surf, the lake & the canal, this two-story, four bedrooms, three bath beach house is in Ocean Lakes & is conveniently situated less than a 1 min walk to the beach, on-property water park & lazy river, indoor pool, basketball court, playground, family sports area, recreation center, miniature golf & outdoor resort pools. An on-property convenience store is within a short walk or golf cart ride. The house features an upstairs king bed in the master with a full, private bathroom. Upstairs, the queen bedroom & twin/double bed bedrooms share a full, separate hallway bathroom. Main level: Downstairs has luxury vinyl flooring and a fully equipped kitchen, and a queen bedroom with a full bathroom. A full-sized washer & dryer are on the main level. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa. The deck areas catch the afternoon breeze & are perfect for watching the activity and enjoying the views. Ground Level: Hot/cold private outside shower, grill and a ground level deck.

Activities for Everyone: This 24-hour gated resort is close to great restaurants in Myrtle Beach, Surfside & Murrels Inlet. Off-property entertainment options include Ripley's Aquarium, Buffett's Margaritaville and water activities for the enthusiasts. Daily supervised events for pre-teens. Activities like 'Ocean Lakes Survivor Challenge', Surf School and golf clinics will keep teens occupied. 'Surf Camp' is very popular for ages 10-16. But call ahead to make sure your dates correspond with this activity.

This house had everything we need for a comfortable, but short, weekend' sheets, towels, close to the beach, close to the arcade and walking distance to anything from the beach ... Surfside Pier, On-the-Beach Restaurant/bar. Owner was very accommodating!

Great location !!! Close to everything. House was really clean . Mr. Dale was great from day one . Would definitely recommend for a great vacation ! Family loved it didn’t want to leave . Hope to get to stay here again in the future .

Short stay to plan for next stay after Augusta

Just a quick stay to check out the area. Going to me in MB after Augusta for golf weekend. House is set up great for four adult couples so each couple gets their own private room with a door. Great Host!

Great location and great host!

Very comfortable and equipped beach house only a few steps from the beach and waterpark for kids. Family enjoyed it immensely and will definitely return in the future. Mr. Dale was an outstanding host and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great and all our needs were met.

BEST HOME IN OCEAN LAKES!

D-01 is the best property in the entire community if you ask me! Perfectly located close to EVERYTHING-Beach-Bingo-Water park- Restaurant-Rec center-etc, Home has everything, kitchen has everything and then some, Super host is an understatement for this property and Mr. Dale, I would choose this place over any others in the neighborhood!

Amazing Stay, Great Location, Awesome Host

You cannot beat the location of this property in Ocean Lakes. Our family has been traveling to Ocean Lakes for years and this house was one of our favorites. You can walk to the beach and pool. The host was very responsive and helpful during every part of the process. We will stay here again!

The location was fantastic and is close to the indoor pool, the beach and not a far drive to restaurants. House has everything to "camp out" for a week's stay

This was a great vacation home!

We absolutely loved staying here we had 4 adults and 5 teens with plenty of room! It’s such a great location to the beach. We loved that towels and linens were provided as well. Having the outdoor shower was great. We loved hanging out on the upper and lower decks watching the golf carts go by. We will definitely stay again !

Doesn’t get any better! PARADISE ON EARTH

Home is beautiful, situated perfectly, has everything you need and perfect location for everything, fishing in lake just ten steps away, beach less than 60 second walk, rec center game room pool and water park are 60 walk from house, Mr Dale is A God Given Angel on Earth, Check in process is as easy as it gets, all around great and amazing, the kids love it, I love it! I give it a million stars if I could!

Great vacation

We loved this house. Our family of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids) stayed here for a week and had no problems. The location is great and the owners were easy to work with. House was clean and linens provided were nice. Loved the swing. The provided chairs and umbrella set up daily on the beach was also great!

The Stan....ds are a great family and excellent Guests. They have been one of the best renters I have ever had. If you have the chance to have them as guests, you should do so!!!!

Very homey and welcoming, great location close to beach and water park!!! Can’t get any closer to the beach and water park than this home that is for certain! Both are literally seconds away on foot! Just awesome and Mr. Dale is a wonderful person to ever have the honor to meet and speak with! A true inspiration!

We purchased this beach house to have a place to vacation with our children and extended family. We wanted them to have experiences like we did at the beach when we were growing up; a safe place where they could feel free to explore, make friends from across the country and just be kids.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Our house is situated close to the beach, the activities and the pool areas. The Security at Ocean Lakes is excellent and we feel very comfortable letting our teen, pre-teen and friends move about the property without having to escort them to each activity. It gives them a feeling of accomplishment and independence. It lets us enjoy a vacation and not just an extension of home activities moved to a different location.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Ground level deck with seating and a porch swing allows adults the freedom to entertain, put food on the grill and watch the children play. The main level deck and outdoor teak furniture extends the living area so families can enjoy being outdoors while eating or entertaining friends and family.
