Awesome condo!! My husband (who is handicapped) and I stayed here while we were in town visiting our daughter and her family. The condo was perfect for us! It was really clean and super quiet. Matt was great at communicating with us and we had everything we could need. No issues at all, will definitely stay again!!

This is our first experience with Vrbo and we were left feeling very disappointed.The condo is poorly maintained. We feel bad for the next occupantsHere are the issues we found.- Ice Maker is frozen over - NO ICE - bring a bag- Can't get dishwasher to run. Turns off when closed- Both bedrooms: No dressers, no drawers for clothes. You'll be living out of your suitcase.- Master Bedroom: Door's floor transition trim is not glued down. - Bottom of door's trim is coming off.- Master Bathroom: Shower door won't open (stuck in frame) - Can't use Bathtub - spigot diverter valve is stuck in shower mode. Can't fill tub unless using shower. Shower's water pressure is minimal. Toilet's flush handle is cracked and doesn't lift the flapper. One has to flush by opening the tank and pulling up on the flapper rod. Toilet is constantly running A vanity light flickers- Guest Bedroom: No tv remotes- Guest Bathroom: toilet constantly running- Balcony door will not lock- Only one access fob for elevator and only one key for condo. Two would be nice for couples.- The lap pool requires a separate card key that we were not given.

Great Spot

Great place, place was clean very large accommodations good closet storage space lots of hangers, we had some small issues but they were addressed by Matt. I even made some suggestions after our stay and Matt texted me back that he had addressed the all. He is an excellent host.

Very good

Condo unit is clean and comfortable and well supplied with all necessities that were needed for my stay. Area has easily reached restaurants and a large grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

Beautiful condo with plenty of space! A serene setting with access to everything. My mother-in-law loved the spa! Matt is very responsive and accommodating! We we absolutely stay here the next time we’re in town!

Quiet and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay and appreciate the timely responses about questions we had. Only 1 trash bag in kitchen trashcan, but we found some in bathroom trashcan to work.

Unit Needs Attention

We elected to stay at this unit based upon the number of 10/10 ratings. We quickly found those reviews to be misleading. The unit had holes in the walls, stained carpet, a shower door that wouldn’t close, a non-functioning ice maker, broken door trim, but the worst part to contend with was the musty smell and the visible mold in the bathroom ceiling and around vents. Along with the roaches we killed. Also there are various safety concerns and code violations throughout the unit, that we are willing to share with the owner or property manager if they choose to contact us. This unit could be really nice if it were only taken care of, sadly it is not.

St Augustine family trip

This is our fourth visit to the Laterra property. We love visiting this location. Our stay was perfect, however on the day we arrived there were two huge stains in the carpet (living room area) that should have been cleaned before we checked in. Not sure why it was not taken care of In advance.

Great 2 bedroom!

The condo was very clean and extremely spacious. I would definitely rent it again. I did have problems with timely delivery of messages from the VRBO app, however.

Great Golf Location

The building, condo, location and amenities were very nice. Highly recommend this place to stay and play. The Host was nice to work with and responsive to inquiries.

Great place to stay.

This unit was very spacious and very comfortable. It was not far from a grocery store or downtown. The owner was very helpful also. I would definitely recommend this place. It was also very clean.

If I could suggest having hand soap, a roll of paper towel, toliet paper for when guests arrive. Making the guest replace this at the end of the stay is fine but the small things needed when you arrive after a full day of travel goes a long way. Place was very nice and we would like to come back.

This was a lovely condo that was very roomy. The few concerns that we had were immediately addressed by the owner and he gave his phone number available to contact him at any time. This was a pleasant stay and would stay there again.

Loved it.

Really enjoyed staying In this home. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Very clean and bedding was so comfortable. The location was perfect as we are golfers and had easy access to the courses we wanted to play. Only thing we were lacking was hangers In the closets. Would highly recommend to other vacationers.

Suboptimal

When arriving at a never seen before location with //// When When arriving at a never seen before location in the dark with 3 toddlers being strapped in car seats for 12hours, it would have been most helpful for the building numbers to be either lighted or indicated by signage at the entrance into the community. The unit was large but dated. Carpet was spotted and kitchen dishwasher needs to be replaced(inside door damage). We developed a clogged toilet and there was no plunger to be found. The shower stall is unusable because it has no water pressure. There was no info in the condo to say where or what amenities were included in the rental and no info concerning retail or restaurants in the area. Thank you Owner for being obtainable by phone and text and responding to our few questions.
