Once you are booked, you can look forward to enjoying the large heated pool and hot tub and the soft white, sandy beach and calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, by day. Then you can experience the spectacular sunsets every evening from our ninth floor balcony with a completely unobstructed view looking West over the beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Our condo is equipped with dedicated and secure Free Wireless Internet and Free Unlimited Long Distance calling anywhere within the United States and Canada.

The condo also has two brand new TVs: the main Sony Bravia 32" flat screen television in the Living Room and a second LG 24" flat screen television in the Master Bedroom. Both of these TVs are equipped with an extended High Definition cable television and streaming package including ESPN, SHOWTIME, and ON DEMAND programming. In the Second Bedroom there is a Sharp flat screen television with a built in DVD player for viewing DVDs only. This TV is also ready for gaming, complete with easy-access gaming hookups. In addition, the condo has a cordless telephone, and a Sony CD/AM/FM/IPOD player and charger.

Our condo comfortably sleeps up to five people, with a huge King bed in the Master suite. The Master Bedroom also leads one way to a fully-renovated four piece ensuite bathroom, and the other way to a beautiful unobstructed direct beachfront view through the large sliding doors leading to the balcony.

The other two bedrooms overlook the Inter-coastal waterway through large picture windows, with a great view of the sunrise in the East. The second bedroom is equipped with two double beds, with a single bed available in the third bedroom. These two bedrooms are located close to the second four-piece bathroom.

We are located in the popular and family-friendly Sandcastle 1 Condominium Building, which is halfway between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, and approximately 25 minutes to the Tampa International Airport. The Clearwater-St. Petersburg Airport is a few miles closer.

Our condo is freshly painted in cool and inviting Florida-tone colors, was recently updated, and is tastefully decorated. The condo comes fully-furnished, with a brand new dedicated air conditioning system with a state of the art air purifier, plus an in-suite washer, dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, a vacuum cleaner, and an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

The condo also has a "Baby Trend' crib and highchair for your little ones.

The condo comes equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a variety of sand toys, along with a selection of paperback and hard cover novels for your enjoyment. We also have a beach cooler and travel mugs for you to enjoy your coffee or a cool drink by the pool or on the beach.

Our unit is also equipped with a Schlage-brand keyless/keypad entry system for your convenience and security, allowing you to head to the beach without worrying about who brought the keys. There is also no risk of being accidentally locked out in your haste to hit the beach!

The Sandcastle I complex has a newly refurbished beachside pool and hot tub, together with a full washroom, a game room to play ping pong, a book lending library, and free Wireless Internet service in the game room as well.

The beachfront area has been totally re-done to include lovely walkways, various seating, eating, and BBQ areas, and all are set among lush tropical gardens.

Our condo rental comes with one designated reserved parking spot in the Sandcastle I parking lot.

The area has beautiful wide white sand beaches, and is close to many restaurants, ice cream stores, coffee shops, and pizza places, appealing to all tastes and price-points. There are also several malls, mini-putts, and championship caliber golf courses in the immediate area, along with power boat, kayak, beach bicycle, and scooter rentals.

Our condo is also a short drive to the sports facilities which host the NFL Buccaneers, the NHL Lightning, and the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team of the American League.

In addition, several Major League baseball teams base their Spring Training in this area, including the New York Yankees, the Philadelphia Phillies, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Toronto Blue Jays, among others.

Disney World, located in Orlando, is approximately ninety miles away and Busch Gardens, located in Tampa, is approximately thirty five miles away.
