Seagate offers easy access to the sugar-white sands and crystal-clear Gulf waters, with a building elevator that makes bringing beach gear up and down effortless. The lush grounds also offer a heated pool with restrooms, tiki-bar picnic style seating with shade and BBQ grills. Conveniently a short walk to Salt Rock, a popular local restaurant known for their fresh seafood and coastal cocktails.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo is the perfect coastal retreat, featuring an oversized oceanfront balcony, elevator access, and the rare convenience of two reserved parking spaces. Thoughtfully furnished with comfortable coastal décor and guest-focused amenities like smart TV's throughout, it’s designed to feel like your home away from home. The primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks. The second bedroom features two queen beds and a walk-in closet, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking along with a dining table for five and additional breakfast bar seating for three. The open living room welcomes you with stunning Gulf-front views, two sofas and a large TV plus access to your oversized patio, perfect for morning coffee. For added ease, a private washer and dryer are located in the unit.

Other than Construction and air conditioning not cooling below 73, it was a good place to stay. We were very thankful for the use of beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, etc!! The grocery cart was very nice when bringing in lots of groceries.

Construction kept the pool closed, and it was loud being right next to the umit, but by 4:00 pm, all was great and we could sit on the balcony and watch the sunset.

Had a great time at Indian Shores, Could use a good cleaning, but I understand it is the end of summer, so lots of wear and tear. Condo has a great layout, beds are comfy and lots of dishes, etc. Thanks!

Condo was clean. Had all items need for stay. Only negative was ice maker did not work. Location was good. Good access to beach.

What a relaxing vacation. Perfect location, family friendly, clean, easy access to beach, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and all of the beach chairs, cooler, wagon, and toys were a plus. Loved being on the first floor with quick access to the stairs or elevator. Close to mini golf for the kids, a few restaurants in walking distance, but a quieter area of the beach. The kids loved the volleyball net and pool.

Amazing Vacation

We stayed at this wonderful property for 5 days on a summer vacation with our 3 kids. The condo was clean and comfy with a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset at the end of your day. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware/utensils for mostly anything. This particular unit is close enough to the stairs for easy trips up and down as needed, which was a great convenience for us. The pool is really nice and was never too busy during our stay so we always had room to play and relax. There are some great restaurants nearby which we enjoyed for our dinners. It's close enough to everything but not too busy/crowded. We accidentally left some items behind and Lindsey was really kind to coordinate with us so we could get them back. This property and the owners are A+; we would definitely stay again!

The good:-great location and right on the beach-great views and accommodating layoutThe bad:-one of the two permitted parking spots were blocked off by the construction work on the property forcing many people - including the construction workers- to park in our “reserved” spot - no signs of empathy from the property manager.-unscheduled maintenance crew shows up and property manager knocked twice followed by opening up the door - no apologies or “my bad” for opening the door like that.-found a dead roach in the closet-everything barely functional to serve its purpose but wobbly, old and needed proper cleaning.-beds were so squeaky and uncomfortable, where it always felt that your legs are higher than your head, and using multiple pillows will give you a stiff neck overnight.-Too much dust accumulated on fire sprinklers on the ceiling, which triggered my dust allergies the whole duration of our stay

Cons: The glass tray inside the microwave was dirty, food, melted cheese had not been cleaned. No kitchen sponge or any type of cleaning product provided to clean it. No replacement garbage bags.. Sand all over closet of 1 of the bedrooms where beach chairs stored. Umbrellas need replacing, all are broken and pretty useless. Pros: Excellent response form property managers. Sent cleaning lady back to clean up sand and left us a sponge and cleaner for microwave, told her we would clean ourselves. Didn't want to make another call about umbrellas and lack of garbage bags, it was a short trip,

We do include in our listing that we provide starter supplies for our guests, but I’ve provided that feedback to our housekeeping staff and they will leave more for future guests! I’m glad our housekeeping was able to remediate your concerns about the sand and microwave. Unfortunately, providing the beach chairs in our closet means there may be some sand but our housekeeping does their absolute best to clean it as best as possible. Family Get Away

We chose this property because it was one of few condos that had three bedrooms and enough beds for our family of five, without someone having to sleep on the couch or a pull out bed in the living area. The beachfront property was also a huge draw. It did not disappoint! The heated pool came in handy for our toddler who was determined to swim despite the cooler temperatures during our stay. The condo was equipped with more than enough beach amenities and we added some sand toys to it when we left. There is even a cooler to use. The kitchen had everything we needed! The TVs were great and Roku was included on the living room TV. We could not get the DVD player to work as the cord needed was missing, but that wasn’t a huge deal. There were plenty of bathroom and beach towels. We loved the ability to wash and dry clothes as needed too. For those with toddlers, we brought one of those child inflatable beds for her and it fit perfectly in the master closet where she slept. The bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were comfortable! The balcony was lovely to enjoy coffee and drinks on. The owners are easy to communicate with. They left recommendations for local places. There aren’t a lot of breakfast choices, but we located a good one just down the road, The Reef. Delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed Crabby Bill’s. We would return here in a heartbeat!

Very enjoyable stay

This property was very clean, so conveniently located to restaurants and activities, and perfect for both adults and families with children. Located directly on the Gulf, our early November stay offered great weather for playing in the surf as well as swimming in the heated pool. The property manager was easily accessed by text prior to our arrival when we had questions. A great family vacation! Thank you!

Wonderful week

What a wonderful week at the beach. The managers of the property, Lindsey & Gus, couldn’t be nicer or more pleasant to work with. The condo is clean and has most everything needed for a fun and relaxing beach retreat. Highly recommend this unit. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We loved our stay at this condo! First of all, it’s right on the water and you get full ocean views off of the balcony so watching the sunset was our favorite evening activity. Well appointed and clean and was enough room for our family. We will be back.

First time, not the last

This was our first trip to the Gulf coast and definitely not our last. Plenty of room for our family that lives close by to come spend the day with us. The condo had all the comforts of home, just as advertised.

Perfect Babymoon!

My husband and I stayed at Lindsey’s condo for a quick, last minute babymoon & I’m so glad we did! The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked - between the kitchen & various items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas etc) we had everything we needed! The location + view was perfect. We’d love to come back with friends and family and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!
