Come for a relaxing, fun-filled stay at this ground-floor studio condo, perfect for a couple's getaway in Leavenworth. This studio features a private patio, a jetted tub in the bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. Here at the popular Icicle Village Resort, you'll be treated to shared amenities that include two pools (one of which is open year-round), hot tubs, 18 holes of miniature golf, the Icicle Junction Activity Center, a barbecue area, a basketball court, and more.

You won't have to go far to find a relaxing massage or delicious food, with the Alpine Spa and JJ Hills Fresh Grill located on-site. Walk just six blocks to the Bavarian-inspired town of Leavenworth, which offers restaurants (many with authentic German fare), local boutiques, and year-round events that include Oktoberfest, the Christmas Lighting Festival, and farmers markets. You can find outdoor recreation nearby in every season, whether you're tubing or whitewater rafting the Wenatchee River or hitting the slopes at the Leavenworth Ski Hill or Stevens Pass Ski Resort.

Please note that you'll enjoy access to all of the resort amenities listed. However, the fitness center, complimentary breakfast, and bike rentals are not available to guests of this condo.

The room was very clean, very cute, comfy, and cozy a little disappointed when it came to the Jacuzzi tub as there wasn’t enough hot water to fill the entire bath as it went to cold water at half full.

Really good overall

We had a great stay. Loved the room and the amenities at the Icicle Resort. I wish there was coffee to go with the coffee maker in the room and we had to buy our own towels for the pool so that was disappointing. A great experience otherwise and would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed staying at this place and we will come back again . Close to everything. The adventure park with roller coaster is just across the street .. enchanted park is a place to visit which is just few blocks away … great location and price . 👍

We had no hot water for the three days that we were there. At first, we were just brushed aside but then a manager was a bit better at helping us. Apparently, the people prior to us also had the same issue with no hot water yet they did nothing to fix it. A plumber came and left, and the situation was not rectified. They offered for us to move next-door to another room however we candid it because of the fact that that unit also did not have hot water. We were told that we were going to get all three nights that we were there refunded and I have yet to see a full refund. I was only refunded for approximately one night so far and I am still fighting with management to get my money back. If I were you, I would not stay here if you are wanting to take a shower. I doubt they have rectified the situation as they have definitely not rectified it with me. I wish this app would allow me to show the video so I could show you what we were dealing with. It was god-awful. We had to take a shower in the shower that’s next to the hot tub in the adjacent hotel. Do not go here if you want a hot shower you will only have freezing cold water.

Good few nights

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 3 nights. Loved the room and the resort. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and large bathroom. The pool and hot tub and a very short walk from the room and it was quiet and comfortable sitting outside on our patio. Only issue we had was when we arrived we realized the mini fridge was not working properly and would not shut. Notified Vacasa and they were not able to fix it in the time of our stay. We used our cooler and refilled it with ice for our stay to keep our refrigerated items good. The next morning we realized the coffee pot did not work. Got ahold of them again and they were able to bring us a brand new one that day which we appreciated. While the fridge was kind of a bummer, that didn't ruin our stay and would not stop us from staying here again. We had a wonderful time.

Great place for the money

Probably 3.5 stars. We enjoyed our stay and will likely look to stay there again. There are a few items that we gave Vacasa and owners feedback on but overall it was a great place to stay. Bring extra blankets if you stay in the winter months. Use the fan to drown out the noise from the neighbors.

Very Nice Place

Very clean room with toiletries, nice towels, modern spacious bathroom. The resort was very nice too with a pool, put put golf and lots of flowers. Microwave and coffee pot were provided. Some starter coffee would have been nice too. A little patio with a sitting are was part of the rental too.

Clean but low end. Directions are a joke. No details. Fortunately I found a cleaning lady that pointed me in the right direction. Building and unit are not marked well and nothing in the directions explaining it. Should at least let people know to look for a building number

The property location is great. We liked staying on the ground level. We've stayed at the hotel several times. This condo was very dingy, the carpets had many big and small stains. The shower had back mildew both inside and out. The jetted tub had red mildew in and around the jets. We felt we could not take off our shoes or flip flops. It is a very small unit so it's surprising given the amount of the cleaning fee that is would be in this condition. We would not rent this unit again.

Safety issues.

The e-lock on this unit was installed incorrectly, letting anyone come in without a code. Obviously a huge safety concern and when called Vacasa said they would send a local employee out to survey the situation however they were unable to give us any time frame or connect us with local staff. They made it out to us in about an hour and it took another 1.5/2 hours to get a new lock and install it. This was three hours in the middle of the day we could have spent enjoying our vacation. This is unacceptable and should have never happened, I’m very glad we noticed after the first day but how many have stayed here while not having a proper lock? Other than that, the unit fit our needs well, I wish there would have been silverware or a place to fill up water bottles? The bed was soft but okay. The resort with pool access and put put golf was nice. About 20 minutes walk to downtown which was great. Overall I likely would stay here or with Vacasa again but I will be incredibly diligent about making sure their locks work correctly.

Several reviews warned and we figured they would have addressed it. This room was not cleaned well at all: -trash under the bed (bed skirt clearly not lifted) and next to AC unit -crumbs on surface of TV/fireplace area -floor was not vacuumed (crumbs and debris in SEVERAL places, never-mind the stains) -sticky spots in entry way -pubic? hair on pillow - a lot of dog hair? In drawers where I would have liked to unpack my items -trash in bottom drawer of bathroom -brown/stinky fluid in bottom of the trashcan (I removed the brand new trash bag/ liner to put dirty clothes in and finally discovered the smell we had been smelling ) -mold and mildew in shower: both the kind that is impossible to avoid given the climate here in WA AND some that I easily wiped RIGHT OFF with a wash cloth around the shower handle and door- disgusting really) -broken toilet flusher handle (we were afraid to flush out of fear that it would snap) -black mold in bathroom fan/vent -no clean bedroom linens to replace the dirty (hairy) one I am not one to leave negative reviews, and I believe that you get what you pay for in life- so I wasn’t expecting perfection by any means...But a basic vacuum, clean surfaces, shower and linens are a must. I’m not sure what they pay the cleaning crew to do. We often stay in ‘affordable’ hotels and would overlook any one or two of these things due to human error and unavoidable climate issues, but all of it together felt like a waste of our annual vacation money.

Perfect spot for two!

We liked this property very much. Walking distance to Leavenworth. Nice King Bed. VERY LARGE bathroom with two sinks. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. Cute outdoor patio with a power outlet, great for doing work on a laptop. We would stay here again. Couple notes: The unit adjoins a bigger unit next door, and there is not much soundproofing between the units. Our first night we could easily hear the conversation of the couple next door as well as their laundry running. What you see is what you get. There is not a reading chair in this room, nor any place to sit and work except on the outdoor patio - or on the bed - as it was a warm day I managed to work outside and the exterior outlet outside was great. Wifi worked very well for my zoom calls. The Inn is very nice and the amenities at the Inn are great - cute swimming pools and nice mountain views. We would absolutely stay here again, and just plan to work from Starbucks.

This was a comfortable and cozy room

We spent nearly a whole week in this small but cozy room. Loved the big bathroom, The bed was very comfortable. I loved the secluded feel of this unit. I will definitely be back to this hideaway.
