The villa with an area of 100 m2 is entirely on one level. Completely renovated, it is modern, bright, spacious and carefully decorated. Quiet, not overlooked, it is bordered at the back of a large covered wooden terrace which overlooks a large garden filled with trees. On the outdoor terrace you will find a large table, garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha.
The villa is composed as follows:

- 1 separate fully equipped kitchen and a pantry.
- 1 parental suite with 140 cm bed which overlooks the garden and its private bathroom with shower and washbasins.
- 1 double bedroom (140 bed).

These two bedrooms share the bathroom (walk-in shower / basin).
The entire accommodation is dedicated to travelers except the garden shed which we use to store our personal belongings.
Certificate of resort insurance and deposit of 2,500 euros to be communicated before entering the premises and returned if no deterioration maximum one month after the stay.
