I'm so glad you loved the home and has wonderful time! Your security deposit HOLD was released 3 days after your departure and you did received the confirmation from us. As we explained to you when you contacted us during your stay, there is a $300 HOLD, not charge, placed on your credit card instead of charging you a damage deposit. Your card will periodically "refresh" that hold during your stay. It is not a new hold nor is it a charge. This hold is put on renters card 1 day before arrival and released 3 days after departure. Thanks for letting us clarify that again for you and future renters

I'm so happy you had a wonderful time and thought the house was great! We are no longer charge for electric usage. We still state that we do in both our advertising and contract as electricity in Cape Coral is extremely expensive. We want people to understand this and to act responsibly with their usage as I am sure you will.

We have deep cleans schedule in Sept to address issues like base boards and reviewing of kitchen items. We wish you would have reach out to us about the garbage disposal we would have gladly come over and address the issue. This is the first we had heard about the internet.

And you were able to enjoy beds and coffee makers, bikes, kayaks, pool, floaters, canal view, and many wonderful amenities the house offers. As our priority is to take care of our guests. I'm quite surprised to see in the review the lack of communication. I do keep and file all emails from renters and am unable to find any email from you other than the initial booking. Looks like guests sent an email and called someone else by mistake. It was a statewide Comcast outage and nothing we could do about it as the entire State of Florida's Comcast customers lost internet for hours. We try to make our guests stay as Home like as possible, that's why we are always adding new features or taking proactive actions. The HVAC company informed us about the 10 am arrival as this is guests' check-out time. Our apologies they arrived 30 mins before. But we are grateful for them to deliver and install the new air conditioner in the small time frame the before next guests arrival. I would ask future renters to read all our excellent reviews that more accurately reflect the home and our services. I am sorry guests did not have the same 5-star experience our other 35 renter reviews have outlined on VRBO.

We are happy that you thought the house was nice! I replied multiple times to the guest's email, explaining the safety issue with the boat lift.There was no voicemail left by the guests. Even though we have a picture of the boat lift as we capture the most amazing view in Cape Coral, we do not advertise the boat lift use. Due to the safety issue, the boat lift is unavailable, and we state this on the amenities of the house "Due to safety issues, boat lift is unavailable' We treasure our guests and do not want to take a chance on their safety. A a lot of our guests are renting the boat or bring their own and have no issue docking the boat at the property.I am so glad we were able to respond within an hour to reports of one of the burners on the stove not working, We offer to put the new stove, but the guests said they do not want it during their stay, they are perfectly fine with that. and this can wait until they leave. The new stove was immediately installed when the guests checked out. Regarding the public boat ramp in the City Of Cape Coral, We can provide some recommendations about the boat ramps, but the city of Cape Coral changing rules and permission without our knowledge. A lot of guests that bring their boats are able to use the boat ramp, they understand that their responsibility to check with City about the rules /permission and the parking. The house has high-speed internet for guests to use and guests can use it to check for ramp availability and parking. In the review, the guests completely lied about my response on the ramp parking. I apologize for the city of Cape Coral changing rules and permission without our knowledge. I would ask future renters to read all our excellent reviews that more accurately reflect the home and our services I am sorry they did not have the same 5-star experience our other 55 renter reviews have outlined on VRBO. We too were disappointed they experienced this problem and we certainly did everything to address it immediately. I would like to note, after we guests checked out, they left the house very dirty. They had no respect for the property. I would advise to add them to " DO NOT RENT " list
