Great place to stay!

Our group was 3 couples and we had a great stay! The setup was wonderful with plenty of space and newly renovated (beautiful!). Definitely would stay here again! Owner and property manager were easy to reach with any questions.

Our family enjoyed this home . Check out process to meet the property manager was a different experience for us as we are used to just leaving by check out time . Otherwise everything was great !

We stayed at Villa Savannah for 10 days in Feb. 2024 and really enjoyed it. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was nice having access to the pool from multiple doors and no bugs with the screened in lanai. The location was close to everything and we especially loved being directly on the canal. I will definitely go back.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. The home is well appointed and the remodeling was done very well. The location was close to a lot of good places to eat, grocery and a nice little beach. The bed in the master is very comfortable Only streaming was available on the patio which was limiting and the lack of instruction for using steaming in the family room made the unusable also. When we arrive construction had already begun directly across. They were installing a new retaining wall on the canal and, while it was interesting to see it was extremely loud. for three days we really did not want to be outside. The work had obviously begun before we arrived, a bunch of equipment was easily visible and were were told that there was no way of knowing that there would be construction noise during our stay. While we believe that some sort of accommodation could have been made the host has been unwilling to provide anything along those lines. We took great care of the property while there and were even told that it was very clean and tidy at the time of our check out. IOW- we save the owner on potential cleaning costs but when we asked to be compensated for the things that made our stay less than it should have been we were basically told that we were not entitled to anything- #noaccountability The area is great, the house is really nice but I am disappointed that we were unable to use the things that were well advertised when the booking happened

The house is beautiful, the location is great. The unfortunate part is that we were charged for electricity usage. I feel the price of this home should have had that in the cost and I have NEVER had any rental property expect that before. I also did not like that you are supposed to contact someone when you get there and contact when you leave and have them come over. I prefer to just contact owners/managers if needed vs having to take time to meet them. We did love the house. Just disappointed in these things.

Good local, nice house however, would not book again.

The house was true to the photos. Nice size home, close to everything (beaches, stores, restaurants). Quiet neighborhood. Was denied an early check in (2 or 3pm) due to cleaning. However, where the house was neat and hadn't been used in a while, it wasn't clean. I cleaned when we checked in and picked up a lot of dirt. Floor was dusty, pool area was full of spider webs, and the pool needed to be skimmed as there was a top coat of bugs on water. Pool skimmer was broke. We were charged $28 for electricity for 2 days. Rate, should have been half that or folded into the daily rate. We had to wait for property manager to "check out" which was rude IMO. I've never had to wait for a PM to do a walk thru before leaving a VRBO. That was very irritating.

Villa Savannah, Santa Rosa Ct., Cape Coral, Florida "Fantastic Home"

On arrival we walked in to a pristine and completely equipped inviting home for our six week stay. How wonderful! Our vacation started immediately after unpacking and doing a light shop at the extremely close by WinnDixie complete with beverages. Villa Savannah has an exceptional easy flow floorplan. Most of our time I admit was spent in the huge lanai and on the great dock area at the canal. It was fun watching the fish jump and the various boats come and go in the canal daily. The majority of our meals and entertaining was done in the lanai. My husband biked, walked and soaked up the sun daily while I spent no less than 3hrs. every day in the huge heated pool. There are TV's in all bedrooms, family room, lanai and a bonus at the house is free USA / Canada phone calling and WiFi. The house is close enough to the Yacht Club/ Beach to walk if you wish and all shopping and eateries also very close. We found it very easy to come and go everywhere as it is centrally located in Cape. There is nightlife complete with live music within a few minutes drive and also there are several churches very close by if you wish to attend. Our granddaughters totally became mermaids after their March Break Week with us. We are super anxious to return in 2018 and have no worries about returning to this great vacation home. Danielle is very very accommodating and Peter (house manager) is only a phone call away if anything is needed. We highly recommend this rental home and Cape Coral. This was our ninth year vacationing there and this area is most definitely where to be. Thank you so much Danielle. "The Johnston's"

House was wonderful- but we didn’t realize we had to ask for the heater to be turned for the pool. So we never could use it because it was to cold- but had to pay for the electricity on it. Host was very easy to get ahold of, very cooperative. Great neighborhood. Some of the pictures shown are no longer there like the seating with a fireplace.

Yacht Club Stay - Cape Coral

The property was very nice and the house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house was very clean and a good size. The pool was relaxing and very quiet on the canal. The neighborhood was so quiet which made for a nice relaxing and enjoyable retreat away. We enjoyed the pool, the covered lanai was wonderful for eating our meals, playing games and we enjoyed taking walks in the evening. This was a wonderful home to rent in a wonderful location.

Perfect base for exploring with all the comforts of home!

My family had a great stay here. The home had everything we needed and more for an awesome getaway. We spent many hours in the pool,hot tub and fishing off the dock with the poles provided. My kids were delighted to catch a stingray and several other saltwater fish! We made several trips to the local bait shop! We enjoyed every single meal outdoors on the lanai and loved seeing little frogs, lizards and a burrowing owl right in the yard. We also used the boogie boards and pool toys provided. We spent a day on Sanibel, a day on Cayo Costa, a day at Universal studios and a day in the Everglades. I wish we could have stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again! You can’t beat the amenities of an entire home like this one all to yourself when compared with the cost of hotels.

Great family vacation

Loved the pool and patio. It was relaxing to spend entire days lounging by pool or in pool. It is an excellent location with many restaurants and shopping nearby. I enjoyed many morning walks to have a cup of coffee at Perk & Brew and pick up bagels at Stuff a Bagel. We found the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils for making meals. Also enjoyed the bikes found in garage. It is a short bike ride to the Cape Carol beach. We did go down to the beach several evenings to watch spectacular sunsets. Nicole the property manager was easy to contact and responded to our requests. I would stay here again.

Very Nice

We plan a trip every year with another couple and pick a place with a pool so we can relax, pool was great and the house was also perfect, would stay there again. Another nice thing is it is very close to bars, restaurants and just a short drive to Fort Meyers beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing getaway

The home was even better than the online pictures. The place was beautiful, well decorated, and clean. The pool area was amazing and we spent most of our time there. We prefer a warmer pool and we had no issues contacting the property manager for our request to heat the pool a little more. They were very responsive and came out quickly to meet our request. The location was excellent, it was a great neighborhood and was within a good driving distance of multiple beaches. It was the perfect home for our family vacation!

Nice Home for Relaxation

House is on a quiet side street. Outdoor space was great and incredibly relaxing. Pool area was a nice place to relax and spend time together. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Weather was great so we spent most of our time during the day outside or sightseeing in the area. Short drive to both Sanibel and Pine Islands. Family room and bedrooms were comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay and could get used to Cape Coral weather in winter and the screened in pool and hot tub.

Great location

My family and I enjoyed the house, we used the hot tub and pool and fished on the dock. We used the bikes to ride around. It has a great location close to a nice beach, and only about 25min away from Fort Myers beach.

Villa Savannah - You won't be disappointed !

My wife and I stayed at Villa Savannah for six weeks from February through March. Everything was just like it was described in the listing. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and the screened lanai, and spent a lot of time outside. (There's even a tv on the lanai) During our stay our daughter and her family came for a visit and everyone completely loved this beautiful home. The bonus was sitting on the dock in the morning while the sun was coming up, watching the fish jump out of the water. I would highly recommend this home, and would definitely stay here again. Spring break family vacation

We absolutely enjoyed everything about your home! The place was perfect! It was nice to walk in to a clean home with a great decor and a very welcoming bottle of wine on the counter. We traveled with our three boys ages 7,2, and 5 months. It was so nice that a pack play and high chair was provided. The home was set up great, we loved the decor. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was perfect for the kids. The boys fished off the dock and caught three different fish. On one of the days we rented a boat which was surprisingly inexpensive. It was so exciting when we saw dolphins swimming right beside us in our way to sannibel island. We took another day and spent it at fort Myers beach. We will definitely be back next year. I highly recommend the house!!! Danelle was great and always responded in a timely fashion. Our deposit was refunded very quickly. It was a great vacation!!!! Thanks Danelle, we will be back!!!!

Awesome Property

Our 3/2016 Visit The owner (Danielle) was very nice and always responded back in a timely manner with any questions we had. The property manager (Charlie) was very helpful. He visited us the second day to see if we had any questions or needed anything. The property was clean and well maintained. The property was exactly the way it was advertised. (No surprises) The neighbors always waved when we saw them. The location was perfect, not too close or too far from a major road. The canal had good fishing and the dock was large with good lighting. Not what we expected

Have been to Cape Coral before and love the location. Positives were having property mgr. pick up our mothers from the airport (however, they both tipped him for his consideration). The new dock adds a additional living space & is very spacious..Having TV on pool deck was great. All appliances are good; fridge, washer & dryer especially. Very clean and neat upon arrival. Quiet area, nice neighbours. Seamless communication between us & owner 'before' we arrived. However, from the photos & price, we expected more for our 6 week stay. Older house than we thought. There are no window coverings on a large front window facing street. Privacy was an issue but so was heat in late afternoon.We are all over 60 and found the beds uncomfortable. We were without a phone for the first 4.5 days and there is only one in a split plan house. Often, we missed calls & were unable to access voice mail as it was full. The main TV in family rm.was inoperable and could not be used for 5 days.( A technician had to come to the house to replace receiver). Pool area is good but the hot tub cover is split so badly, it is ready to come apart. Electricity is suspect. Hot tub "tripped" every couple of days; several lights did not work or were burnt out & fan in smallest bdrm is improperly wired. The bathroom door in this bdrm does not close either.There were 2 propane tanks for BBQ. One in garage was empty and one on the BBQ lit and then flamed out. We were unaware that the property mgr. was away over Christmas/New Year & texts to him went unanswered. With 4 people, it was difficult to sit in the same room. For comfort, adding chairs facing the only seating in living rm (a sectional) would make for easier conversation. The step down into living rm could prove to be dangerous to seniors or young children. Both our mothers stumbled. Given all these concerns, especially phone, TV & propane, I was surprised that approx. $40 was deducted from security deposit for electricity overage. This is the 5th property I have rented through VRBO and it was unfortunately disappointing.

A Perfect Rental Home

Everything will meet your needs at Villa Savannah! It was perfect from the time we arrived till we had to say good-bye. From my first interaction with Danielle about our inquiries regarding the home, then booking the home, and then receiving our safety deposit cheque, was a seamless process. She is very easy to deal with. The home exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, modern, location excellent, pool was great, and the hot tub was a bonus. There was nothing that we needed. The property management couple were a delight to meet. Excellent caring managers! Thank you Danielle, Jeanette, and Charlie for making our stay wonderful.

A perfect place for a vacation. The Villa Savannah is perfect located near stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back another time. Thank you Danielle for a wonderful time at the Villa.

Wonderful & Memorable Vacation!!

Truly a lovely property. The house was set up with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The Villa itself is spacious and immaculately clean. All of the comforts of home and then some with very close proximity to everything including dining, shopping, beaches, and activities. The children loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. Fishing off the dock proved successful and our 7 year old was able to catch a few fish as well -- she was thrilled. Thank you Danielle for all of the information you provided. We rented a boat and were out on open water within minutes. Had a wonderful day on the Gulf of Mexico and docked the boat near Sanibel Island. We will be back again next year and will recommend to all of our friends. Thank you for a wonderful & memorable vacation.
