The location is great, near downtown and the beach. The host was very accesible and very nice. The apartment has everything you need, beach towels, complete kitchen with every appliance condiments, etc. in the garage you have beach chairs and umbrella.

Nice place

Nice place, short walk to the beach. San Clemente is a fun place to visit. The only issue is the street noise.

San Clemente Beach Gem

Property was exactly as shown on the booking site, and Marcie was more than accommodating which made our stay extra special. This location is the best for walking to beach, surfing and has a locals neighborhood vibe! Looking forward to our next visit for sure🏄🌊🌴

Our stay was phenomenal! The unit is clean and well cared for. We found it funny the way the streets are in San Clemente acted almost as an echo chamber- we could hear conversations of people from down the street! And since you need to sleep with the windows open (typical of SOCAL it was a perfect temperature to do so) it can get quite noisy. The short walk to the beach and pier was perfect and it was a very central location to all the things we did during our stay.

San Clemente Surf Trip

I cannot say enough about our stay here. The location is great-we walked everywhere. The beach trail is so close! Our host, Marcie was friendly, easy to contact and very accommodating! The condo was a perfect size for our group of six. On the porch there’s a nice Weber gas grill, new table and chairs. The living room is comfortable and has a queen pullout couch. The beds are super comfy and bedrooms have plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need and new appliances. There’s also a shared washer and dryer. There’s no doubt, we will be back next year-if not sooner! Thanks for everything Marcie! 👍😎

everything we were looking for...

Marcie's house was he perfect place to spend a lovely and relaxing week-end by the beach. She is an amazing host. Place is at walking distance to the amazing San Clemente beach and pier, you just need five minute to be there.The house has everything needed, the kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms are very comfortable, having dinner ' al fresco ' was another great possibility. We will love to come back any other time. Thanks for everything, Maria

Wonderful place to stay

The apartment and location were just perfect. The apartment had everything you need. It was clean and the furnishing was very tasteful. The short walk to the beach walk was very nice, too. Will definitely come back.

Better Than Home!

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. This comfortable apartment has everything you need, including the beach just a short walk away. It is located in an excellent area close to the San Clemente pier, wonderful restaurants, and all kinds of shopping. The owners were very kind and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Great condo - lovely family time!

Marcie's condo is very comfortable, and well equipped with lots of lovely touches, from a great spice collection to cool decor. The unit catches great ocean breezes, is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to world class surf spots. We loved the location AND spending relaxed time in the condo. All the bedrooms were really restful, conducive to good sleep! The kitchen and grilled served us well. San Clemente is both an ideal LA getaway destination and a wonderful home base to explore the beautiful Southern California coast.

Visiting Family in San Clemente

Worked perfect for our trip to San Clemente to visit family. Clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped. Great location, my four year old had no problem walking to the beach, pier, downtown etc. Owner was helpful and generous. Much more fun than staying at a hotel like we did in the past! Would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous Southern California Beach Weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend at this condo. The condo is an easy walk away from the beach! We had everything we needed for a super weekend. The unit is clean and well stocked! We also were blessed with wonderful clear days and warm ocean water! We will definitely be back!!!

Awesome

We stayed for about a week with our surf team. It was a very good place to stay. Friendly neighbors and close to beach. Great sunset views from the porch and overall a really nice place to unwind. You won't be disappointed.

The beach house was amazi...

The beach house was amazing! The house its self is beautiful but the real jewel of the place is the surrounding environment in which it is smack dap in the middle of. San Clemente is a beautiful city and for three guys from Colorado there's nothing like being within walking distance of the beach and peer. The owners are amazing and fun and the neighbors are very friendly! Definitely an amazing place!

Wow! We had a great week! This place is so conveniently located to all the hot spots in town and to the freeways. It was also very clean. The owner's rep was helpful in every way. We felt like family. The condo is also charmingly decorated. Thank you so much! We will recommend it to all our friends and will definitely be back soon!

My family and I have stay...

My family and I have stayed in this condo many times and love it. It is walking distance to the beach (steep hill though) as well as to the pier. Cute restaurants by the pier. San Clemente is a wonderful community and perfect for vacation. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably.
