Two bedroom-two bath condo on second floor of Lauloa. Walk to end of block and visit the Maui Ocean Center, several restaurants and shops, or take a cruise from the harbor with the Pacific Whale Foundation.
At the other end of the block you can walk along the longest sandy beach on Maui, Sugar Beach. Nice quiet building where you can relax in between your many possible excursions.

Wonderful location to enjoy Maui!

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. This trip we stayed for 4 weeks in February and March. The condo is very well equipped with everything we needed and it offers a comfortable lanai with great views of the ocean and harbor. We enjoyed lovely breezes during our stay, but the AC worked well whenever we needed it. The location offers easy access to all parts of the island. And we loved being able to walk to the harbor area and the nearby shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this wonderful property.

Very nice property

Nice and clean condo with breathtaking views. Very comfy beds too. Location was perfect for us because it allowed to explore west and South Island without hrs of driving. Having beach chairs and a cooler was a nice plus! Thank you!

Lovely Stay with Great Views

Enjoyed the locality of the unit being next to the Boat Harbor and restaurants. Fantastic view of beach with constant sightings of Humpback whales spouting everywhere. February was a good time to go to see whales and turtles. unit was very clean and bed was super comfortable! Kitchen worked well for us as well.

Relaxing in Maalaea

Clean, but a bit dated. Could use some maintenance (sliding doors don't lock, tub doesn't drain). Even so, it made for a good week in Maui with my grandson.

Great water-front property!

Overall a great stay! The check-in process was smooth. Communication with the property manager was responsive. Location is walkable to a few food and drink options, drivable to many more. Views of the water are great! Inside was clean with comfortable beds. The unit was just as described and pictured.

The whole process from check-in to check-out went perfect!! Location was perfect for us, put us in the middle of things whether we wanted to go to Kahului, Kihei or up Lahaina way. Condo had everything we needed & then some, kitchen was well stocked , had plenty of towels & beach accessories. Whales were still there & were amazing to watch along with all the turtles off the Lanai. Definitely recommend this unit and will stay here again if available!!!

My friend, Peg and I, had an amazing trip! The condo was perfect, ocean front, easy to spot whales, had all the amenities we needed! The only thing we needed to doā€¦. Stop at the market for some groceries and relax! Mahalo!

Perfect vacation stay!

This condo is perfect! Itā€™s exactly as stated and looks just like the photos. The condo has everything you need from kitchen utensils to boogie boards to outstanding views. The condo is super spacious and very clean. Communication with the owner was easy. The pool area is also very clean with convenient outside showers. It is located within walking distance to many places. Great central hub for sightseeing. 10 out of 10!

My mother and I had a vacation of a lifetime this month and the condo was a huge part of what made our stay so magical. My husband and I have stayed here before and we have always been happy with our experience. The condo is beautiful, outfitted perfectly with everything you might need. The views are unparalleled. The property is quiet, peaceful, so well located for anyone wanting to take whale tours out of Ma'alaea. We would always highly recommend Lauloa to friends and family!

Heaven on Earth

This place was so clean, had everything we needed, was in an excellent central location, blasted cold A/C, and was in every way perfect for our family with two toddlers. Our 3 year old slept in the second bedroom and our 1 year old slept in the packnplay in the bathroom. The elevator worked well. There was always plenty of parking. So spacious with an excellent view. We could have walked to the pier for our boat charter.

Love staying in Maalaea!

This is my second trip staying in this complex. Great central location, quiet except for the beautiful sound of the ocean. The condo was well stocked, clean, the master bedroom bed was way too soft for me. I rated 4 stars for cleanliness because there was lots of hair on the floor and a big clump of matted hair under the bath mat in the master bathroom. Otherwise, it was very clean and comfortable.

Louloa vista

The view from this unit was amazing! We appreciated everything from bed/bedding to air conditioning and washer/dryer in unit. Managing company was easy to work with and responsive to inquiries. The RAID was helpful as insects seemed pervasive-someone delivered it while we were out and about. We love Lauloa condos and will definitely come back next year! Watching sunrises and whales from the lanai was perfect! Central location in Maalaea without hustle and bustle of bigger towns was great!

This is the Hawaii Vacation Spot You've Dreamed About!

We had a wonderful stay at Lauloa. Location, amenities, and comfort of the property are all top-notch. The unit is beautifully equipped and furnished with comfortable furniture inside and on the lanai. Each room is individually air-conditioned for personal comfort, but we really did not use it much because of the wonderful breezes. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. But most of all the views are phenomenal! We were mesmerized watching the whales which we spotted multiple times each day. This is truly our Hawaiian 'Happy Place' and we have already made reservations for a return visit. Many thanks to our wonderful hostess. Mahalo!

Great centrally located condo between Kihei and Kaanapali. Has huge lanai with great waterview in Maalaea harbor. Large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with split ductless hvac system and multiple fans to keep you cool and comfortable. Had plenty of towels for condo as well as beach towels and supplies. Kitchen was well equipped also. Great pool area with two bbqā€¦ Huge downside to trip was the complete tragedy and devastation that happen In Lahaina. Absolutely terrible for the residents and locals that live there and lost everythingā€¦

Great location for whale watching

We loved this condo. We stay at Maalaea Bay each year but this was our first time at LauLoa and we will definitely go back. We really liked the layout of the condo. It was furnished nicely and since we like to cook, we really appreciated the layout of the kitchen and the fact that it was well stocked. In particular, we appreciated that there were some non-breakable serving items so that we could take things outside for picnics, etc. Also that there were 4 outdoor chairs to take with us to the beach. AND finally, I loved the small loveseat with cushions that was on the lanai. I know it is a small thing, but it was lovely to have a comfortable chair (other than the dining chairs) to sit on on the lanai. Sometimes it is those small details that make a real difference. So, thank you to the owners. We loved the condo and its location.
