Summary:
A spacious and beach style getaway in the very heart of San Diego with a large private pool 88 degrees year round and backyard for sports or tots to roam. The neighborhood, shops and restaurants are newly gentrified and all San Diego has to offer are 10-15 minutes away with Lyft/Uber arrival in 3 min.
This home has wonderful flow: a spacious living area with breezeway and french doors to the private backyard, staircase and open kitchen. The four bedrooms upstairs sleep 12 comfortably and the full size livingroom daybed and pullout offer sleeping for 2-3 more.

The Space:
The house is 2 stories with living space, kitchen and half bath on the first floor. There is 1 step into the house and 1 step onto the back patio and yard. The bedrooms are all good size with stylish comfortable furnishings.
The master on the 2nd floor has a California king bed, private bathroom and closet, UHD TV, Keurig coffee, and overlooks the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a TV, beautiful queen bed, matching nightstands, closet and full length mirror. The third bedroom also has beautiful queen bed with a crib, comfortable chair and full length mirror. The fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds: a twin over full and a triple bunk for a total of 5! so all the kids or a family sleep together. This twin room also has a small desk and full length mirror closet doors.
The living area also has a full size day bed with single trundle.

Lots of light and gorgeous art make this house truly feel like a home you’ll want to spend your time in.

Guest Access:
Guests may access 100% of the property.

The Neighborhood:
This house are very close to La Jolla, Mission Beach and Pacific Beach...10 mins on average. This is very central for everything that San Diego has to offer.
Even the wild animal park is just 30 mins away. There is also a wonderful community park in walking distance ...you can see it near you on the maps app....Olive Grove Park.

Getting Around:
Nearby shops, restaurants, Target and neighborhood park are in walking distance.
For partying downtown Lyft or Uber will arrive within 4 minutes...they hang out here in Clairemont because it’s central.

Other Things to Note:
*The pool cleaner comes on Monday & Friday. They will enter the backyard through a side gate.
*There is a key for the interior doors on the top shelf of the hall cabinet (all the way to the front left corner) if any interior doors accidentally get locked.

Interaction with Guests:
