Exterior repairs are expected through February 2026 (projected dates, subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays) on this building. The project includes concrete and stucco repairs around the exterior walkways, columns, and stairwells. The work will take place Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. During this time, some balcony doors may be temporarily blocked, and certain stairwells could be closed for structural work. While no interior access is required, guests may notice some daytime construction activity, including dust, noise, and limited access to outdoor areas or parking.
