You can't beat having the ocean right out your back door! Great location and very nice condo. Everything was clean and well stocked. Owners communicated well....we didn't need anything while we were there but they checked in and we felt like we could definitely contact them if we needed to. Would absolutely stay here again!!

We enjoyed being on the bottom floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was nice to sit out on the patio and just enjoy the view. Convenient to many places to eat and shop. We enjoyed the farmerā€™s market.

Perfect getaway

The property was perfect for our family of four. The unit had everything we needed and the location was ideal. The property manager communicated everything we needed to know in advance, as well as recommendations on local spots to try. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

This location is absolutely perfect! It is very convenient and close to everything. This 1st floor unit is very ideal if you are traveling with kids. Our kids were able to walk outside and play in our area. They also loved watching the turtles and rabbits. We will definitely be booking again!

Great weekend getaway

Great little place on the beach. Building is older, but the unit is nicely redone and accommodated 4 easily. Onsite property manager was great. Parking is very limited, but he keeps tabs on who is supposed to be there so we always had a space. Very good location, not too busy and easy to get to Amelia or downtown Fernandina. Great location on the beach too, in between the very busy sections with cars on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely well-appointed condo with a beautiful view! Parking was easily available. Management came right away regarding issue with sliding patio door and remediated on the spot. We plan to return! Thank you very much!

This lovely condo checked all of our boxes ā€” the unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, etc.). The patio was the perfect spot to take in the ocean while enjoying morning coffee or sunset. The first-floor location was easily accessible for our group, which included one who uses crutches/a walker. I slept like a rock every night thanks to the blackout shades in the front bedroom that block out the hallway light The team was very responsive throughout the booking and our stay.

Spring Break 2023

We enjoyed our stay to Amelia Island. The condo was clean, although both showers could use a makeover and maybe a larger hot water tank. Our family of 4 resulted in several cold showers. The condo was well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils and was quite comfortable. We had an issue with a bathroom leak, however management was quick to attempt to address the issue and did give us a small refund for our troubles. All in all we enjoyed out too. Itā€™s super close to the beach which was great. Wish it was closer to the cute town but you canā€™t have both.

Quiet area, updated and clean condo, very clear and detailed instructions.

Didnā€™t spend much time on the beach as the weather wasnā€™t the greatest the days I was free but I enjoyed my stay. Quiet area of the beach, not crowded at all and relaxing. Very clean condo with everything that was needed.

Summer Vacation

The property was a perfect fit for our family. The access to the beach was great, just a short walk down the boardwalk and your toes are in the sand. Everything inside the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry closet were a little cramped at times, but nothing too bad. It was a great vacation!

Spring Break 2021

Literally no hassle, no contact check in and check out. The condo unit was fully stocked and clean. Can't see the water from the back patio but you can hear the waves and it's a short walk to the beach. Parking is easy and it's located within a few minutes from pretty much everything. The King size mattress was comfy, my girls said the twin beds were too. I would love to stay again and hated to leave.
