Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen with separate dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, professional 5-burner gas stove with electric oven and refrigerator and freezer.

Hall, spacious double bedroom and a large fireplace with bathroom en suite with bath, toilet and sink. Two bedrooms with double beds. Two bedrooms with a single bed. Second separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Old wooden floors. Books, information, walking maps, games are available. Behind the house, also accessible via port impasse, there are 2 private gardens (approx 300m2), 1 with total privacy. In the barn there are washing machine, extra toilet and cycling. At the front of the house a bed of roses and lavender.
